I had a good time with mi family and my puppy the personal is awesome i will defenitly go back very soon.

My only wish was that breakfast went on longer. I got up between either & nine. By the time I got down for breakfast they had already closed it down. Other than that it's a nice hotel if need to stay there a couple of nights. Pillows are hotel pillows so they weren't very firm so i had to double up on pillows, but that's just me. I don't know about everybody else.

Needs a serious overhaul. New towels, new sheets And carpet is ancient

Dirty, poorly maintained, noisy, unsafe. Would never take children to this hotel. Just nasty! The owners of this property should pay it a visit. They will be shocked.

I made specific reservations for 2 rooms online and confirmed via phone and asked for a room with 2 beds, which we did not get, and when I asked for bedding for the roll out, all they had available was sheets....No blanket, No pillows. :( What the what ?!?!?!

Nice motel, very clean! Have visited Kalamazoo since Nats North Car show moved from Detroit. This year we stayed at Baymont! Within walking distance to several motels and restaurants to check out street rods.

not to happy with room keys had 4 rooms and each one had problems

I reserved 4 rooms for our grandsons wedding, each room had trouble with room keys and my room had burned out lights at bedside and above bathroom sink. Had to have maintenance come and fix. Then manager had to come to room and use his key to get our room open.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great pillows, brightly lit parking, close to highway, bike trail, River to kayak, breweries, restaurants. Cbathroom worst aspect ... Tub had been repainted and was peeling bad. Gross, toilet paper holder so close to toilet kept whacking elbow on holder.

just okay...employees friendly...had to go down for towels and shampoo when room didn't get cleaned because they could not leave front desk

The facility has good bones but halls and bath Were not clean

No clear marking for the entrance. The room was very small for a King room. They had this really big chair right in front of the air conditioning so the room could not get cool. The frig barely kept our water cold, We went through and disinfected everything in the room ourselves because it just did not seem clean. The pillows were small and uncomfortable as well as the bed also. Overall, we really did not like our stay there even though it was only for one night. Will never stay there again.

The hotel is a bargain, the rooms are clean with newer TVs, fridges, and microwaves. The Devore is dated, but at this price I wasn't expecting much. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed. The pillows were small and flat, and the bed was as hard as sleeping on plywood! But for the price it's a fine place to spend the night.

staff member, although a bit eccentric, tried exceptionally hard to please. We stayed here for proximity to airport flying out the next day. Helpful with getting taxi, breakfast, etc.

The hotel and staff were fine, the location was near the freeway.

Not good for the money I spent. The microwave didn't work. The room phone was not conected. The bed had a lot of someone hair all over it etc etc etc. ..

Nothing worked..handicapped room was not wheel chair accessible was the worst problem, but...microwave did not work, door cards had to be re-programed every time you left the room, ice machines on all floors did not work, no coffee in the breakfast room on Saturday, waffle iron did not work, and another guest told us on Thursday the elevator did not work. They had to walk up and down three flights of stairs each time they left. Front desk staff was confused at best. Took them almost 15 minutes to check us in because they could not locate our reservation even though we had a confirmation number and told them we booked through you. Did not speak well for your connection with the online reservations. When we checked out they gave us a print out of our bill which was roughly $60.00 less than the amount we paid to you at the time our reservations were made. Interesting?? None of it was a pleasant experience.!!!

We only stayed one night. Hotel was clean however the breakfast in the morning (8am on Sunday) was basically empty and it didn't seem as though anyone was filling it

The room we were given had no phone service and remote to the tv did not work. They moved us and the second room still did not have phone service, but the tv remote did work. I was also not aware that this hotel did not have a working pool, not listed that way. It has a pool outside, but NO water it it! This was the oldest Baymont I have ever seen and it was definitely not worth the money I paid!

Currently has construction going on so it made it difficult to navigate to get to the hotel. The staff just seemed like get you in & get you out. They should replace the pillows because they were the flattest of flat pillows I have used. My own pillow would have been better.

Small example of how dirty the room is. Had to put a piece of paper and drain to hold up the drain. Shabby, poorly maintained. More of the same.
