Stayed here multiple times. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is nice and spacious with excellent eating and drinking options poolside. Very nice, uncrowded beach as well. The only thing that would make this place perfect is if the units had a full kitchen with a range and clothes washer/dryer in the units. Otherwise KBC is very convenient with nearby food options and grocery store across the street. Will definitely be staying here again.
The staff throughout the property was fantastic. Always asking what they could do to make your stay better. The room #820 with a partial ocean view was great. We had two boys 12yrd and 15yrd both sleep on a sofa queen pullout. The king size bed was in a separate room. We were here July 18th through August 2nd of 2023. The weather was perfect. Thank you for such a awesome stay!

The rooms were quiet and clean, and the desk staff was friendly and responsive. Minor quibbles: The rooms need some upkeep and they should reinstate housekeeping services. Overall, very good.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We asked for a room with a view and were given a room with a balcony that we had to lean over to watch the ocean sun set. They are doing restoration of the beach so you had to walk off the property to use the beach. There is no restaurant on the property, just a snack bar. Also, they shut down their WIFI during our stay and changed the SSID without telling anyone. Poor communication. Finally they have been purchased by Hilton. Maybe things will improve. Over-all, there are many better choices in Ka’anapali.
This was our first time to Hawaii so we were unsure about where we should stay. I am so glad that we chose this place. I could see the whales from our balcony!! It was amazing. Parking is in a garage below the property and spaces are readily available (we went during Spring Break). We were a family of 4 with 2 little young kids under the age of 5 and there was plenty of space in the room for all of us. We felt it was easy to access everything from this location. Beach is right out the door, there is a grocery store across the street, and there is a food truck park lot right next to the hotel. Everything is walking distance! Everyone here was friendly and there are lots of amenities.
I love the open air lobby areas. And the bar and dining next to the beach.
Nice property with excellent pool area. Beach area is very small and condos so not have an oven which is disappointing considering this is a timeshare property.
We wont repeat if we dont like the place. Kaanapali Beach Resort is a great place for families, couples and the elder crowd. Beautiful scenic ground with loud running watetfalls, a huge pool with waterfalls and waterside for kids make the stay enjoyable. Theres just too much to mention. Weve stayed there multiple times and an to return next year, the staff and rooms are some of the best around.

The grounds were beautiful. The pool was large and very kid friendly. Wish they could schedule an hour for kids to go into hot tub.
