You will enjoy incredible brightness and a breathtaking view when you wake up. After a good day of skiing or at the thermal baths, you will treat your taste buds with an excellent raclette by the fire. Historic building, on the road to freedom during the Second World War, the owner wanted to pay tribute to the former residents, war heroes. In a mountain village (pizza and bread on site) 2km from Luchon (Grand Site of the Occitanie region), this charming accommodation, adjoining another house, well equipped and cozy, will welcome you for a nature stay in the heart of the Pyrenees. You are 5 minutes from the center of Luchon where you can discover all the leisure activities of skiing, hiking ... take the cable car to access the Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort. Lake Badech is very close (15 minutes on foot) for a stroll and to enjoy (or tempt yourself) the arrival of paragliders and glider flights, recommended activities in the region! Just after the lake, you could try the Luchon golf course. Spain is 14.6 km away (Aran Park animal park), the Peyragudes resort is 17 km away, the Pyrénées-Hô treetop adventure park is 17 km away and one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, is 32 km away. On the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen open to the living room (wood stove). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 * 200cm) (1 double bed 160 * 200cm) (2 single beds 90 * 190cm), shower room with WC. The parking space and the terrace in front of the cottage are public. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric radiators in the bedrooms. Unheated laundry room on -1 (washing machine and dryer). Second floor not accessible. Non-smoking cottage. 1 dog accepted. Village house at the foot of the famous Juzet-de-Luchon waterfall, breathtaking view of the winter and summer sports resort of Luchon-Superbagnères (3km) from the gîte rooms!
