Great location, clean room, nice breakfast, excellent staff

Nice hotel close to Joshua tree national park near oasis visitor center. West entrance is also 17 miles away so not far. For Veggie who eats eggs sometime there is no plain omelet, apart from this nothing that I can say is wrong with this hotel.

Great hotel very close to the Oasis Entrance for Joshua Tree National Park. Hotel staff was friendly, informative, and attentive. Hotel was in great condition with no issue with our room, pool, or our stay.

I enjoyed by stay. The room was clean, but I was especially impressed with the pool and hot tub. They were clean and a wonderful temperature; towels were easily available. Friendly and accommodating service.

You can hear the other guests upstairs. We didn't get any sleep. No comforters and the room is too cold.

Nice hotel close to 29 Palms Marine Base. Very clean, very friendly staff, and I will definitely stay there again!

Overall the stay I had was okay. The rooms were clean and there were amenities to offer. One thing that made my stay unpleasant was that the sink only had hot water and the shower only cold. I took a cold shower but had to brush my teeth with hot water. There are also outdoor exits which I did not see in the pictures.

Rate includes complimentary breakfast but food was below expectations. Eggs were microwaveable, no milk for cereal, and sausages were inedible. Bathrooms could use remodeling and hotel needs new towels. Parking is convenient.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and had polite staff. My only complaint is that it did not have an elevator to get to the second floor. Had I known that, I would have booked at another hotel. The first floor, I was told, was occupied by contracters. As I have arthritis in my hips climbing the stairs was difficult.

Minutes from the JTNP. Convenient if you want to be close to the park

Good comfortable room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast next morning. Would stay here again.

Nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, cordial staff

We were greeted by 4 smiling, friendly, helpful ladies! They gave us a recommendation for a great dinner place and got us settled in. We would have appreciated some information in our room about the TV and 29 Palms but overall we had a great stay.

My wife and I loved staying at this hotel. It has a great setting, lovely pool and hot tub, very nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I really couldn't ask for better.

Immaculate, well appointed, reasonably priced and includes a very good breakfast, including hot, made-to-order items. I stayed on a Saturday night and there was no noise at all. Just a short distance to the Joshua Tree Nat'l Park entrance. It was perfect for my purposes.

The room was very clean with easy access. Parking was just outside the room. The breakfast was top drawer. Not a bad moment the entire 2 1/2 days there. Very friendly staff throughout

It has everything that we've come to expect from Best Western. The price for the season seem a little pricey, but the location couldn't be closer to the national park entrance. The room is decent size but the sink is outside of the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. The hot breakfast was great, and the room has microwave and small refrigerator. And the wi-fi was free of charge.

Stayed one night, visiting 29 palms. It's a typical Best Western you'll find. Nothing fancy but nothing so bad either. I forgot her name but the front desk staff was super friendly and made me feel really welcome after a long drive out there.

Everything went fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. A little expensive for the local but not a problem.

This hotel needs remodeling and the room was not clean. I was able to wipe away surface stains easily on the furniture with a wet wipe. The carpet was filthy and smelled. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but they offer breakfast (which was a huge disappointment after staying other BW's with good breakfasts). I would NOT recommend this hotel. It is expensive for the state the rooms are in and the staff could use a cup of "happy juice".
