• Hot tub: Always complimentary

• Pool heating: Optional, with 48-hour advance notice required

 – May & September: $150/night

 – October & April: $200/night

 – November, December, March: $300/night

 – January & February: Not available



Safety & Use:

No diving or running near pool/spa. Plastic cups provided for outdoor use. Quiet hours after 10 PM. No intoxicated persons may use the pool or spa. Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.



Events & Photoshoots:

Not permitted without prior approval, permits, and fees.



Pets:

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $100 fee. Please notify us in advance.



Road Conditions:

Some roads are dirt; drive slowly and carefully.



Security:

One Ring security camera facing driveway only.



Interaction with Guests:

Our property manager, Homestead Modern, is local and has staff available at all times.
