Not what we expected from BW. Not in the class expected

In my opinion, People go to hotels as an option to sleep when they are far from home. With this being said, make sure that you have comfortable beds. You can tell they are remodeling, well the outside anyway. All that is fine and dandy, but if you can't invest money into comfortable, stable, mattresses where anyone can get a good nights rest then it doesn't matter what the rest of the place looks like. You're just putting lipstick on a pig. The staff was great, the location was good, the price was reasonable, but the beds were awful. They looked run down, old, and no life left in them. That is my only disappointment.

I understand they have to tell you about incidentals or such when you get there, but they forgot to be welcoming as well. They need to lighten up. Not everyone disrespects hotels. Other than that the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Room we were assigned had someone else sleeping in our bed. Hotel clerk had no clue what to do. Wasted 2 hours late at night waiting before getting a room somewhere else. Hotel and staff is a joke.

Booked by orbitz and charged, only to get there 8 hrs after i reserved my room, to have them tell me because I lived with in 80 miles of the hotel, they wouldn't accept my debit card and wanted a major credit card. Well, I didn't have one. So I went next door and stayed at econo lodge. The staff was great, but there was a narcotics warrant served to someone in another room, and he shot a cop. We weren't allowed back to the hotel for 6 hours. It was terrible.

Hotel was in convenient location for freeway access but not so close to be bothered by traffic noise. I was booked into lower level room and was disturbed by noise from upstairs rooms on a few occasions during my six day stay. If I stay in this hotel again I will request an upstairs room. Website advertised a guest laundry, which is part of why I booked there but none was available on premises. Overall good experience and would stay here again.

I stayed five nights without changing bed clothes.

Great stay - can't beat the value. Dining area was clean and new. I will definitely be staying here again!

from i could tell its was a run down place with small touch ups outside looked better than what inside was spected , outdated for most part

My stay at the hotel good title I suppose. Wish they had a few more amenities and water in the vending machine didn't cost two dollars a bottle for 20 ounces

Hotel had a good price and I had good experience with Best Western before but Oasis in Joplin, Mo was very dirty. I was wearing white socks in room. When I removed then noticed they were black on bottom. My grandson was barefooted so I decided to wash his feet in tub. Water became very dirty. Rubbed one of there white towels on carpet and it became black within 30 seconds.

Nice clean hotel and pricing was half of what the other hotels in the immediate area. The only part I did not like is that it your room door leads directly to the outside.

Ok for 1 nite stay.rooms were kind of modty with some kind of smell.

The manager's name was Laura and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond when there was a booking problem at the hotel and I would stay there again just for the hospitality

Stopped here because it was half way. Nice motel, very good staff and great breakfast. The room was clean and facilities well kept.

The hotel was a great accommodation when arriving in Houston and then being able to get to the port quickly when leaving for our cruise. Restaurants are close enough if you want to walk and the gathering space was very accommodating for our group to hang out together. The staff were very friendly.

Overall good room. Needs better enterance id. Road sign present but drive is not.

Great. Staff were all professional and friendly. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend. .

The location is great, since it's close to the highway and you don't have to drive very far to get to sleep. Also, close to restaurants. The sound proofing is so so you will hear other people walking up the stairs and doors being shut. Staff is friendly and professional. Not bad for the price. Any price lower than that you will have to deal with unsavory characters.

Hotel is Ok, what did not work for us was lack of opening widnows, but that is not everybody's cup of tea, I appreciate. Brgds Kuba
