This is a poorly maintained hotel (actually, a motel). Over priced motel. Should not be undrr Best Western name. Got fooled with BW logo.
I liked that it was pet friendly and the room we got was clean for a budget priced pet friendly hotel. The breakfast could’ve been better quality.
The facility was fantastic. Entering the facility was not fantastic. Having to get the property through a gas station was unacceptable. The road which was part of the gas station and the hotel was unmarked and susceptible to accidents because no one knew who had the right of way.
The service
The main part of room appeared to be updated and actually quite nice. But then going into the bathroom area the toilet had urine on the back of the bowl and under the toilet seat it was soiled. There was one small partial roll of toilet paper and the other side was an empty roll.
There was an honest to goodness breakfast not a sack with a few things in it.
Motel was being renovated. I booked 2 rooms on ground floor that were not yet updated. They were shabby. Beds & pillows were uncomfortable. Doors to the outside did not fit properly leaving large gaps that light & insects could get through. Walls were thin & easy to hear other guests. It was convenient to restaurants & highway.
There was food and crumbs left from the guest before us. Certainly did not make me feel good about staying here. Outter entrances to the rooms which was not advertised! For the price it was fine, but I would not feel comfortable staying here for longer than the 12 hours that I did.

I think the night desk person was Johnny? Anyway, he was awesome and very helpful. We had traveled 18 hours and were dead tired and he got us a room fast, first floor and where we weren't disturbed to get some great sleep. The morning girl was friendly and sent us off with a bag of breakfast goodies. I would stay here again!
An OK motel. Breakfast is prebagged for COVID situation but poor. Coffee maker did not work and the worst fake juice ever!
