Quality Inn

All outside rooms are not my favorite, but I needed a pet friendly hotel. Needed to keep the drapes closed on a first floor room because of foot traffic and this made the room exceptionally dark. Room and breakfast area were clean, but in need of an update.

On our way up to N.Y. , we decided to go off the beaten path(I-95) and head up I-77. The Quality inn, formerly Comfort Inn, fit our needs. The Lobby is eclectic...very nicely decorated and the front registration staff were polite and efficient. The regular room, with 2 queen beds was clpaw to the Indoor pool and outside patio, which we took advantage of. It was also close to some good southern country restaurants.

I was in town for a Friday/Saturday wedding rehearsal & ceremony at nearby Cody Creek. This hotel was one of my options. The price was right. Every staff member I engaged with from the front desk to the breakfast staff was in a super mood, talkative, and helpful. Room was large and clean. No complaints here. Only wish my stay wasn't so brief.

Stayed here on our way south from Pittsburgh. We couldn't believe how nice it was! Rooms were spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast and super-friendly staff. My favorite part of this old-world-style motel is the lobby. The quirky decor made it feel like I was visiting my grandma's living room again.

My wife prefers to stay at Comfort Inn, which is four or five times a year. This is the first time we have stayed in Jonesville and it was by far better than any of the Comfort Inn's we previously have stayed at. The room was better, the furniture was better, it was cleaner and just a star better than the others. The staff are very pleasant and the people at breakfast were great. They just went a little bit further than the others. This will be a definite stop on our way south and going back north. Hat's off to Anita Darnell General Manager.

A woman from our group made our reservations last week. I called the motel yesterday at 5:56pm and told them I had a reservation for today and asked if I could get a room on the first floor near the pool. The desk clerk (unfortunately she didn't say her name and I didn't think to ask) told me "ok, I put you on the first floor as close to the pool as I could" I called again today on my way at 6:28pm and spoke to Connie. I told her who I was and that I was on my way and asked her to not give my room away because I had called yesterday and asked to be put on the first floor and close to the pool. She said "We wouldn't do that anyway" & "ok, it'll be here when you get here" I arrived at 9:30pm and she gave me the key for 152. I asked her if it was close to the pool because I had called yesterday and asked for it and called again about 3 hours ago and talked to Connie and told her I was on my way and don't give my room away. She told me " that's me but I didn't remember getting a call 3 hours ago, we have a trainee maybe it was.." I interrupted and told her I have call recording on my phone and proceeded to bring my phone out and played it for her!! I can't stand being LIED to, especially when someone is trying to cover their own butts!!!! 152 is on the end of the motel and opposite side from the pool. They couldn't have gotten me any farther from the pool if they tried!!! I have actually stood at the front desk of motels and watched them bump people out of rooms and switch them around. If they're not going to do as someone asks... then they shouldn't say they will!!!! Then they won't have to LIE!! Then to top it off, there's black hair in my sink! My hair is blonde and in a pony tail so it certainly isn't mine!! The parking is horrible. Not enough spots. If you don't get back early enough you won't be able to park near your door (external corridors).

The location is convenient right off I-77. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff cleans daily. The breakfast area serves breakfast with waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. and the staff keeps it filled and clean.

Old style motel wi the doors on the outside. Room was clean but the bathroom smelled and needed an upgrade. Ice machine on the second floor did not work so you had to walk downstairs to get ice. The lobby and the breakfast were nice.

I travel a lot. In fact, this past trip from FL to NY last week caused me to stay at three Comfort Inns. This one was HANDS DOWN the best. The folks were friendly and love their job. The breakfast was better than the other two. I left my cell phone and it was mailed out to my home. The rooms were GREAT and so was the service

This is a super friendly, clean place. The ladies couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was good. Room clean. My only complaint is it literally sits directly on the freeway- as in closer than I've ever seen a hotel sit. With the outside entrance to the room- it is extremely loud when semis go by. I was convinced I would not get an ounce of sleep. Fortunately after sitting in spring break traffic on I-95 all day, getting here late, I was so tired I slept right through it. Loved the place for the customer service alone- but wouldn't stay again unless I could get a room on the other side.
