Former Holiday Inn. Large facility. However the area is marked for redevelopment. Room was adequate. Breakfast was weak, though.

This hotel used to be the Holiday Inn and is over 20+ years old. After reading some of the previous reviews, I was a little hesitant, but, I had already booked the room and thought I'd give it a chance. We arrived in the afternoon and was met by a very friendly rep. He handled everything promptly and with a smile. He gave us a room on the bottom floor near the hotel office. The wall paper trim is a little outdated, but the room was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. Overall, I was happy with our stay. The hotel is close to Cracker Barrel, the mall at Turtle Creek, Kroger, Aldi, Sam's Club and many restaurants. It's close to the I-555 and easy to get across town in 10 minutes. Wi-fi worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, one towel in the bathroom, no batteries in TV remote and then unable to program (including staff). Room not made up 1st day, no trash emptied during cleaning. See pictures included.

The hotel was great the beds were little too soft for my liking but other than that things were great

Won't stay here again Room not remodeled as shown on website

What a disaster. I booked this "hotel," because it got a 3 star on Orbitz. I arrived to what looked more like a motel. This place was extremely dirty. If I could have canceled, I would have. The ice machine in the hall was SO loud. The toilet, in our bathroom, ran the entire stay. The shower was too dirty to use. The pool area was dirty and littered with trash. There were teenagers running around all night. I didn't feel very safe, with my wife and kids. The free hot breakfast, was a dirty waffle iron and little debby snacks. On top of that, Orbitz charged me over $100. When I asked for my bill at checkout, the motel would have only been $76.09.

Room had dog hair in it told hotel front desk and blamed me for it at checkout. Indoor pool not clean at all and hot tub which was not working look like somebody had urine in it along with hairs. Stay in your car be better off

Hotel was empty in certian areas and spooky. Did not feel safe.

Floors dirty......limited lighting (low wattage fluorescents Thru out) Pool-Spa locked....Spa unsanitary Breakfast room floors sticky Linens threadbare...mattress lumpy The only nice things were two signs apologizing for any problems during the "renovation"

I was on a business trip and wanted a safe, comfortable place where I could work evenings. I had quite a few issues: 1. The internet didn't work 1.5 days out of the 2 I was there. 2. There was an old van with flat tires and a broken window in the parking lot outside my room. 3. I had some ants in my room. 4. The tub didn't drain very fast and the water pressure was extremely low. 5. The 2nd day the cleaning wasn't completed in my room. They actually left towels and a roll of trash bags on my bed. 6. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00, but when I got there at 9:00, I found very little except Twinkies and Little Debbie's. I don't consider that breakfast.

LOT OF REPAIR BEING DONE. NO TELEPHONES IN ROOM.........................................................................................................................................

ok but for the price I expected a little nicer room and better service we couldn't get towels they said they didn't have any.

Don't believe the pictures this supposed 3star hotel is a one star flop pool closed under renovations dingy towels mold in shower first non smoking room they tried to give me had a previous cigar smoker in it second room was one with mold and stains on sheets if I could have gotten refund I would have gone elsewhere but due to prebook no refund clause I was stuck .

Astate football game...visiting friends...I thought the rooms were inside...however it was not noisy and I was comfortable. Bed was very comfy...need new towels...dry towel left lint all over my body...

Hotel was okay for the price...sheets were stained...:-(

Hotel is in a state of disrepair and probably shouldn't even have a CO. (Certificate of Occupancy) Staff was overwhelmed, didn't speak fluent english. Room has had some type of remodel, but the bed was a little bigger than a twin, but smaller than a full. Room, was noisy, cracks under the doors, stained ceiling tiles, there were no room numbers, had to just go down the row and see where our key worked. Remainder of property was under construction, wires hanging, carpet tore up. Only one working ice machine in the place. Terrible experience.

This hotel is below expectations. Check-in took forever. When we were going to our room, hotel staff was walking out as closed door. The room was ok. Floor was dirty. Bed was really good but there was hair on the sheets. Bathroom was ok. Could have been a little cleaner. There were no towels, washclothes or hand towel. Housekeeping stated Laundry person quit.

Has changed a lot since I stayed there last year. YOu can still notice that it used to be a Holiday Inn, but there are actively remodeling it to renovate. Had to leave early in tye morning before Breakfast was offered so I cannot rate that, but during my previous stay it was delicious.

Overall the room was good sized. Beds were okay, not great but not bad. No breakfast. Cleaning staff missed stuff everyday. There was a hot tub in the floor of my room and it was pleasant. I liked being able to park my truck right outside the door. Not a great place but I was satisfied.

My stay was ok. When I arrived and went to the front desk , I had to wait for about 5 minutes before someone arrived to assist me. I didn't like the bed size because I am a tall person. But the customer service was good once I was helped and the young lady was very helpful.
