I wasn't expecting much from this motel and the only reason I booked it is because it was recently updated. Fine for a quick overnight while traveling. The staff was really nice.

I stopped in Bedford to get out of the rain. The hotel was close to restaurants but not much else. Room was clean and comfortable but I could hear the person upstairs walking around during the night and early morning.

It was a cold night outside and the room was freezing when we checked in the wall unit heater took several hours to warm up the room a little, felt like we were camping! The heater was on high at 85 degrees all night and ion the morning It was still in the mid 60s in the room. Ugh.

I checked out...went to stay with family at Marriott next door. Did not have time to request for refund. Did not stay.

there is a lot of restaurants there not far walking distance they got McDonalds they got John long Silvers they got ed Steakhouse best steak I've ever ate

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location perfect as first quick stop south. Historical things to do downtown with two great candy stores, an antique mall, and other retail shops. Definitely will stay here again. Already been there twice.

its a good hotel it has a lots of walking distance fast food and restaurants

The experience met all my expectations for an inexpensive trip. The location was great and there were several good restraunts and gas stations in walking distance. I would stay there again and also recommend it.

Awful experience, DIRTY ROOM, DIRTY BATHROOM, Sheets had stains, toilet was loose, bathroom floor was wet

Really needs new towels! Towels are very old and they have no life left and actually smell bad. Towels are relatively inexpensive and come in direct personal contact with the guest. They leave a lasting impression and these were really awful.

Got in around 1am from Columbus to New York, NY. Everything was fine for a basic place to stay on our road trip, breakfast was decent not fancy, staff checked us in, not rude or overly friendly just did their job. Only real issue is that the bedding and towels are in serious need of replacement but we were there six hours, it was comfortable but I would recommend throwing a couple extra towels in your trunk.

Serves fine as a quick stop to get some sleep and move on. Has one of the poorest breakfasts I have found. Non-smoking room, but the hall smelled of smoke. Everything else was satisfactory.

My husband were doing a long road trip and just needed somewhere to spend the night. We were at the hotel only for 7hrs, the room served it's purpose for the price.

When we are traveling, we are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay; this place fit the bill. There was some noise from the upstairs in the middle of the night (not sure what it was), but the room was clean and spacious. The only little glitch - first time ever for this traveler - was that they could not initially find my reservation in the system; they looked 'other places' and eventually found it, but they apparently have some system issues to work out.

I really dont see why this hotel got such bad ratings. My room was fine! It was clean, bed was in good shape, bathroom was clean,no smells. I would stay there again.

all i needed was a quiet place to sleep. people on floor above me were making noise all night. sounded like moving furniture or playing indoor soccer. slammng doors could hear throughout the building. i lterally slept may two hours and had to be up at 4:30 for a race the next day. when I got up, they were STILL banging around. no sound proofing and the place was old and dingy.

Room was OK, kind of small. There was hair on the sheets when I pulled the covers down.

It was much nicer than I expected. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. And the bed was very comfortable. We have aleady given the info to friends who travel thru Bedford on their way to State College. I will definatly be back.

Perfectly adequate room with a very comfortable bed. The location was convenient to the PA Turnpike but otherwise pretty remote. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor of our section. The continental breakfast was ok and very clean. For the price, it was fine.
