The property was absolutely wonderful. Honestly one of the best vacations we've ever taken. We wanted something that was quiet, private, and all-inclusive, and this fit the bill exactly. We had a beachfront sanctuary room which was kept very clean and well maintained, and we loved the rustic feel. The food was great and had a lot of variety. We did the private beach dinner which was wonderful - Deon was a great server! The beach service was consistent and well paced, Tevin and Deon were our beach servers most often and we found them both friendly and accommodating. Last but not least, if you go here, be sure to visit the spa! The staff are well trained and professional, and the treatments were the best of any resort we've been to...we went three times! We will definitely return!

The beachfront sanctuary pool cottage was phenomenal. Step out of the cottage into the pool then out is the pool right on the beach. With your own private cabana. Really there is too much good I can saw about this resort. The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The food was great! The pastry chef was the highlight of the trip. Never had to leave the beach, waitstaff kept the drinks coming. Lol. Thank you Keyonna beach resort! Our honeymoon was amazing.

Fire, faulty generator, erratic a/c, slow service, lack of transparency when their are issues, and tons of bug bites. We paid over $1k to fly home early. The generators caught fire right next to all the guest rooms. Black billowing smoke. No fire alarms went off. They evacuated the lodge. Told guests to go into their rooms to take any valuables. But then 10 mins after the fire was out, put everyone back in their rooms without a review of safety. Electricity was turned off without notice for 20 hours (this was apparently planned). No a/c despite 80 degree temps. Per other reviews, apparently wasn’t the first time. The rooms were stifling and we weren’t able to sleep. No one was communicating to us, we had to guess for ourselves. Even before power issues, I had so many bug bites despite wearing deet that I look like I have chicken pox - on my eyes, neck, feet, and ears. It took 35 minutes for them to get us into our room when we first arrived (with no line). Half the time you order food it comes 2 hours later - you learn to order before you’re hungry and plan an activity for while you wait. For guests checking in, they didn’t mention the issues, or explain why there was no power. That felt really dishonest to me. They said they would refund 2 nights for our inconvenience. I have yet to see this come through and I have emailed them with no response.

By far the best location on island.. not even close. The cabanas privacy there is top notch.

I loved our cottage ! Having garden showers brought me back to my childhood days except these showers were romantic :) The bed and pillows were very comfortable and well kept by staff. The restaurant and reception area faced the beautiful ocean. Our cottage too! It was perfect !

Bathroom/ toilet area was gross. We had no water (sink/shower/toilet) FIVE separate times during the stay. Could not shower/ wash hands/ flush toilet. Each time we were told that a pipe burst.

Beautiful place, allows for intimacy and focus on ur partner on vacation with. Clint is the MAN!!! Very helpful and resourceful man.

We had an amazing time at Keyonna. The view is to die for. The staffs there are amazing. They’re always happy and helpful.

Resort is amazing, just perfect to relax and enjoy the beach. The staff were very attentive and helpful, always satisfying your needs. Food was very good and our room location, priceless.

Pros: This resort was exactly what I was looking for. I spent 5 days solo there and was able to get all of the sun and sand that I needed. My room was in the perfect place. Just a walk out the door front or back and I was on the beach or in the lounge area of the resort. The staff was amazing especially Ms. Sandy and Akeem. For a moderately picky eater I was able to find something that I wanted to eat during each meal service but a few times I had the same things for breakfast (eggs) and lunch (salad). Cons: My room didn’t have an ironing board or iron (never got the ironing board) and trying to get towels when housekeeping forgot to replace them took longer than expected. I actually had to go to the front desk and pick them up.

Great Ambiance and wonderful staff. The overall experience is very relaxing, enjoyable, and had a great time.

Keyonna Beach has an excellent staff but the resort is a bit rustic and dated. It’s OK, however compared to other all inclusive’s we stayed at in this price range, it falls short. The Beach is nice, however the adjacent properties are abandoned and unappealing. The food was very good and assorted throughout our week long stay.

As we pulled up in the cab we were greeted by the head of security who just happened to be walking by. He introduced himself, welcomed us and carried our luggage into the Reception area. That was just the beginning of the exceptional service we received at Keyonna Beach. After a long trip we were provided a quick couple rum punches as we sat and waited to be checked in and our room was being cleaned. They also provided lunch even though it was after lunch hours. We stayed in one of the Beach Front Cottages with plunge pool (#41). The cottage was spacious and comfortable. We loved the outdoor showers, patio and of course the private pool. The beach cabana beds were also a nice touch. The above was above average for the Caribbean. Everything seemed fresh and creative. Different meals and specials each night. The house wine choices were fine for us (although you can upgrade). The wait staff was efficient. Our only negative experience was one morning when we were being picked up for a sailing trip we asked for just some toast and jam explaining that we were in a hurry. The taxi was waiting for us and it tool almost 20 minutes to get two pieces of toast. That was not the norm though. Special thanks to Sandy and Acare who made our stay extra special. It seemed Acare was our personal bartender and beach waiter. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted. The bar and front desk staff were also terrific.
