Stay was pleasant, however the appearance overall of hallways and room was lacking somewhat, but not unacceptable. Staff checking me in and out were very nice. I was very disappointed and astounded that breakfast foods, with the exception of bananas and a juice dispenser, was junk food. Literally, packaged high calorie, unhealthy cakes. How can the staff possibly justify calling it breakfast?
The staff was very nice. The hallway stunk like they were trying to cover up something. The room didn't look anything like what was shown. The bed spreads were stained. The room was very small.

First, the reception lady was unpleasant would not get of her seat, next no elevator - no warning that you have the top floor. Carpet smelled, roof looked like it had mold, black spots. We had hair in the coffee pot. Sheets were dirty (had to buy my own) and the cover had visible dirty. Stains. The only good thing was the convenience of the highway and shopping mall.

No housekeeping service on a two day stay. Bathroom sink faucet that leaked a lot. The noisiest A/C unit I have ever heard in a hotel room. I'm not fussy, but this was too much. My experience with Super 8 over the years has been good, but this property scrapes the bottom of the barrel.
Nice hotel, room was a little small, but staff was very friendly and things were kept clean.
Though the staff was nice, the place was just too old, run down, and dirty looking (even if they appeared to have cleaned well). The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke, there was no way to avoid it. I should have spent more and stayed at the Best Western around the corner (where I ate and had an excellent meal).
Room large and comrortable. Refrig , microwave, coffee maker. Stayed 4 nights fresh towels each Day. Room accessable to parking. Would stay again good value for price.
The female desk clerk in the afternoon/evening always seemed cold and angry that you inconvenienced her. The whole hotel had a stale smoke smell that would leave your clothes smelling the same way. The sheets were itchy, I had a terrible time sleeping because of this. Would not stay here again

This hotel was tucked into a hill behind a dive bar which made the curb appeal really sketch. The lobby was disgusting and smelled like cigarettes. The room wasn't bad but you can only wonder how actually clean it was with the lobby condition.
I don't think they were quite ready for us to move in, that day. We were the last room on the hall. The AC made noise. The TV had an unsteady picture, if you jiggled its cord.
I would give a positive review if I knew for sure the door to the parking lot had a lock that worked.
Not bad for the price. I slept well and everything I needed was there.
The room was clean and inexpensive. It was small for a handicap room and was tight for my husbands wheelchair. The shower chair was not tall enough or sturdy enough for him to use. Ok if you are not handicapped and need an inexpensive place to stay
