This was my first time staying at the Boardwalk and I enjoyed it immensely. The staff was very helpful and efficient. My friends stayed at another hotel location and when we met up at this hotel they were very sad that chose another location. Clean and .

We had a two room suite. Only problem was the heavy hotel doors to each room after coming in the hallway door. It would have been nice to be able to keep those doors open. We had to prop them open with heavy items when we in the rooms. We also got very frustrated with the card keys. You get separate ones for entry to the building and entry to your rooms, but they are all plain white and easy to mix up.

Very nice rooms and great location to restaurants and shops. Would’ve liked to have had a rug or carpet in bedroom(s) and/or living room.

I didnt like the fact that i didnt even reserve the Boardwalk Resort i reserved the Barclay Towers and was transferred to the Boardwalk Resort then i had to do an upgrade for an additional $142 dollars just to stay in something comfortable... Horrible Horrible experience

I love the pool, cleanliness of the room and the gym plus location. The layout of the room was great. The sun coming through the windows from the beach view looked like a painting.

I loved my stay. Honestly the deposit was pretty expensive. You’re pretty much paying double when other spots charge only a percentage. Other than that it was amazing. Lots of open space. My room looked exactly like the pictures. It was so quiet I was able to get a lot of writing done. The view was perfect.

Key cards did not work well. On several doors they didn’t work at all.

It was really nice the size of the room, the beds were wonderful, the only think it was terrible, it was the elevator, it was working just one, and it took 2 hours trying to get our stuff to the car, We have to used the stairs and We have 3 kids, which it make the situation complicated.

Very loud window washers woke us up before 8am and laughed about it when I opened the shade. Room was loud in general and much smaller than depicted online. Definitely not worth the money, would not Stay there again.

I loved the waterfront view but the hotel is really outdated.

We came to stay here to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday. We got the one bedroom suite, and the rooms was nice, clean and enough space for me, my husband and 2 kids. We had a horrible incident on our first night. We were sleeping it was about 1230 and my husband and I jumped out of the bed because someone was screaming, I mean like they were being killed. We ran to the door but couldn't see anything out the peephole and were to frightened to open the door as it sounded as thought it was right outside. Turns out it was our neighbors, and they were fighting with each other, screaming at each other, cussing, sounds of stuff being thrown. MY guess is there was a substance involved. I was concerned for the lady, as it sounded as thought she was being beaten. They were coming in and out the room, doors slamming, people screaming. This woke up my young kids. They were scared, they were crying. My 3 year old was asking to go home, my 7 year old was shaking as it sounded like these people were right outside out door. We called down to the front desk, and they did nothing. It was probably 1AM at this point and about 20 or 30 minutes later or so we called back, and finally security came, but did nothing. As soon as security left they were yelling again. Our next step was to call the police. We shouldn't have had to call twice when people are scaring your children. We stayed only because they checked out. Was told I'd be contacted by GM, but not surprised that hasn't happened.

Room was rented to bring in NYE. We had a travel speaker & were told the music was too loud. My trash can had trash from the previous occupant in it. The heat did not work & once I pulled the blinds up they got stuck & would not come down.
