The property was clean and quiet. Good value for the price. More than 2 sets of towels for 2 people would have been helpful but altogether conditions were up to expected standards of cleanliness
The main room was clean, the beds clean and comfortable, however the the tub was dirty. The front desk person in the evening was very helpful. The waffle mix made rubbery waffles, there were no eggs, no yogurt. The hotel posting stated breakfast, however this was more of a continental breakfast. We were housed in their back(?) hotel building, not the main hotel building as is in the picture--like bait & switch. The building in general needed more cleaning, such as the hallways, elevator.
Good location near great shopping and various restaurants. Rooms and property are modern, clean and comfortable.
The room has a smell to it. The elevators were not working, my room was directly across from the stairway, I didn't sleep a wink with all the people coming and going and slamming doors. The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. Matter of fact there was a huge gap between the door and the doorframe, you could basically see into the hall through it. Will never, ever stay there again.
I liked that staff were friendly but it was highly inconvenient that the elevator was not working; they put all of us Phish kids on the fourth floor. My friend is handicapped.and we really needed the elevator.
The staff is so friendly! They are always so nice to me and my dog when we stay there. Its definitely our Go To whenever we travel in that area. Love this place!
This would be a good place to stay if you had dogs as they are welcome. The hotel is fairly new and the breakfast is very nice. The staff were very welcoming. The only drawback was the room wasn't as clean as it could be. There was a lot of dust under the open sink. I had to clean it myself so I could put my toiletries on it as there was not room on counter. Also, the maid did not bother to make my bed the day after my first night stay (of two nights). I had straightened it myself and apparently, she/he thought that was enough.
The property and location are great. Unfortunately, the place is not being taken care of. We have stayed there numerous times, every time we come back it seems that the place gets worst. We actually stayed in the same room a couple times, come to find out the same dirt if not more has accumulated, the leak and broken items we reported the first time in the room still exists months later. The room was not very clean. It was very unpleasant especially that we had two young children with us. Some of the other rooms we stayed in also shared the same lack of care and cleanliness. After this last stay we will definitely not be going back.

The property is very nice. It's sort of hidden off the road, but the property is well lit. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The toilet seat in the room bathroom was loose, but we were able to tighten it. The breakfast had good choice of options. Staff were very friendly and courteous.
Secluded area. Very quiet. Great staff. Excellent breakfast.
The shower drain was clogged. And when we arrived, we found hair on the comforter. The air conditioner was either too hot or too cold.
Easy check in. We were allowed to get the room earlier. This was very convenient since we have to dress for a party. Room was nice and clean. Great bed and pillows. A lot of parking spots. Breakfast was very simple. There was nothing around but a lot of stores with a short distance by car. I will stay there again.
