We were staying at this property for 3 nights. The bathroom door was broken and they couldn't fixe it. The soap dispenser fell off the wall and it is probably still laying on the bathroom floor. The reception sent maintenance guys but the are not capable of handling basic repairs. Location of the property is amazing!

Property in good location, quiet and new. Excellent breakfast. Towels thin, lower part of shower not well cleaned, small bathroom, evening, front desk (male) employee not that helpful or friendly.

Everything was pretty good, except for the last night when there was a party at a club across the alleyway from my room. It started at around midnight and it was so loud that I couldn’t hear my own tv. Eventually I complained to the front desk and I was moved to another room away from the noise. Overall, it was good experience and I would recommend this hotel
Good location. decent breakfast. DO NOT book any tours with hotel or staff. We made this mistake for a day tour of old city and Mt Olive, person spoke poor English and had zero knowledge of history of significance of the area. Basically he was a driver only. After wasting one hour with this driver, and insisting we go back to hotel and engage another guide, driver got nasty and demanded full price agreed (which we later found was inflated) gave him usd100 to FO. very unpleasant.

was told i would get checked out free of charge after the holiday before booking then they decided to charge me , the work manager " at the time wasn't very helpful

For those looking for luxury - it is not! For those who are looking for a nice, clean hotel, excellent location in the city center and a great and rich breakfast - this is the place! In fact, the only thing that bothered me was the synthetic pillows and no feather pillows were what I am used to.
Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Modern clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel close to old city, in amazing location, with lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet selection is fantastic and of highest standard. I am picky about places to stay, but if I am fortunate to go back to Jerusalem, would definitely stay here again.
It's been a week since I left Ibis and I am still dealing with significant overcharges by the hotel. They acknowledge the intitial billing errors and promised a correction with an email. Much to my chagrin, no email was forthcoming and my phone calls and emails have not been returned. The have overcharged me more than $4,000 dollars . Obviously, I disputed these charges have begun to appear but they still owe me more than $600, an explanation and an apology. The hotel itself was adequate or this would be a 1 rating.
The hotel was brand new and a little hard to find but very nice. When we got there we did call to some shampoo and conditioner twice and never got it. We even went to the front desk and the lady said it will be sent our room and it wasn’t. We ended up realizing that there is a shampoo, conditioner and body wash combination that’s povided in the shower and it left my hair feeling terrible.
