Worst staff ever, dirty sheets to the point we grew pimples

The staff were nice and accommodating for our stay. It was a great price in my opinion, but you get what you pay for. The room and floor had a distinct chemical smell to it that was very strong. For many, I would say nauseating. Sink had a drip, tv was discolored on pixels (not bad, but noticable) and the surrounding area left a bit to be desired. However, it was extremely close to American Dream Mall and made that part of the trip very pleasurable. It was also close enough to NY. The shuttle service they offer was a bit pricey. Depending on the party size, an uber might even be cheaper. I didn't price it out though.

Bad smell in the room and very rude staff at day abd night. Even no receipt at check out. Please do no list this hotel at orbit or this hotel should reduce the price.

There was chocolate cake crumbs stuck all over the grill of our air conditioning unit. It made the room have a terrible smell the moment we walked in. the couch upholstery was cut up and torn in several places.
