Was a last minute stay. Room was decent for the price. Bathroom was clean staff was friendly and informative. Close to NYC if you're looking for the nightlife.

Was late saw this in closest area, good for a quick stay. Good night sleep, beds were comfortable

Hotel is overpriced, amenities are not good enough

Just need a place to stay for an 2 day conference in NYC. Being on divided road made getting to it a bit of a chore, but other than that, it was ok. Nothing special, but if you need an affordable place to lay your head, worth it.

the ice machine did not work. there was a abandon building across the street so that was my view, but I guess you get what you pay for..

Honestly I have not lived in Union City before. Jersey City sounds a sketchy place to spend a night for me. But this little hotel is cozy and if you don't go out during the night the rooms are really spacious and without any safety issue. Highly recommended.

i needed a cheap place to stay near the city for a night and i chose here. Little did i know it cost 50 bucks for a cab to jersey city so factor that in along with the hotel. location was on a sketchy service road and you don't really want to walk anywhere. Realistically if you need a place to sleep and don't mind quality this is perfect.

Rooms were dirty, the hotel looked very unsafe. Even though we made the payment upfront we couldn't sleep and left the hotel immediately. We prefered to sleep in the car instead of staying there. Bugs (cockroach), dirty pillowcases, dirty room and unsafe location.

It wasn't good. Someone throwing up out the Window where u have to enter the building. The room wasn't clean hair all over the place, didn't replace all the towels and washcloths. It's in a very bad spot & the price was not worth the service. A Fail in my book. I have worked in the hotel business before for (4) four yrs and this one of worst I have seen. Thank you.

Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Close by buses.

Staff was polite. Check -in and check-out extremely easy. Room was clean and comfortable but overlooked a highway. It was a little noisy but too tired to care! Continental breakfast was included. The amount of food offered was more than adequate but the serving area was very small. Felt rushed to make choices with other guests waiting. Had to eat in room, only had a couple to chairs in lobby.

Room was simple, everything expected except we were given a Smoking room instead of the non-smoking I wanted. Otherwise, had a refrigerator and microwave and all.

The Hotel was good for its purpose, to sleep. I would use again

It was typical, the location was no the best, but the value was good

Good place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot or a room in Hoboken. Just A short drive away

never go back again bad bad bad,not good people, dirty, very dirty

It's was alright. Wasn't my ideal it was okay to go their once never again

I book the hotel really late like 6:00 pm. The staff there is not really friendly. But it is cheap.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. And is in such a bad location.

If you haven't booked -> This lodge (not hotel) is very old.. Room was clean but furniture was old, bathroom had stains, cracks.. Shower curtain was old, had lot of stains.. Towels were old.. Cheap quality breakfast (cereals were very basic).. Breakfast area was very small.. Stair railings were sticky.. Carpets were old.. If you have already booked -> Staff was helpful.. They will guide for direction, call taxi for JSQ, Airport.. Not a real issue with location since we used to go there to sleep only.. We used to go to Journal square(JSQ) for Path trains to NY.. It costs @ 10 $ from lodge to JSQ in taxi.. Uphill walk to JFK blvd to catch bus to JSQ is not preferable since its very steep hill.. While booking they mentioned newer room, nothing new about it.. Everything is old..
