We loved this property. One thing we would have liked to have is dish towels. Overall, I give this property high marks. We felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I originally had booked a 1 night stay and 30 minutes before my arrival a man named Paris called me stating that I had to cancel my stay because he don’t know why Expedia let me book 1 night because he doesn’t rent out to people for only 1 night. I stayed that I wasn’t canceling because it wasn’t my fault for the miscommunication between Expedia and him and he didn’t know how to cancel on his end. He then began to ask me what was my person for renting (which made me feel uncomfortable) and he then stated he would be able to love me to a different location which was on 142 Newark Avenue located in jersey city as well but I would have still have to book an additional night. So I booked an additional night because I was already 20 minutes away from the property and there was no other places to book at last minute like that, No only did he charge me an additional cleaning fee that was $95.00, I had paid that in my initial purchase through Expedia. He then was trying to get me to send a picture or my I.d and card through message which I didn’t understand why and made me feel even more uncomfortable because I wanted to do it in person and didn’t understand why I couldn’t. I had to wait an additional hour for check in because the people that had occupied the place before me had just left. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a woman named Loyda I’m which she walked me upstairs to the place and sat me down to explain their rules on how it’s a quite place, and no parties etc

    Simply stunning, ridiculously roomy.

I am so glad I went with this instead of a hotel. When I booked a reservation, I immediately spoke to someone there to clarify my arrival time was just before the cut off. He was more than understanding, and a delight to speak to. Check in too was a breeze, someone meeting me at 11pm with a smile on her face and plenty of invaluable advice on the area. But the best part: the property itself. What an incredible home! I chose to stay in the second bedroom for its better light, privacy and view, but you could pick any room in the house but the bathroom and comfortably sleep there. My only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't as stocked as I'd hoped, but there's enough on hand to prepare a simple meal. I was so ecstatic with the place I invited everyone I know in the city to come visit and see it. It's a reasonably short walk from the PATH train stop and the surprisingly charming and convenient area around the Grove Street stop. Given how great this experience was, the property was, and the staff was I am looking forward to stays in their other properties, if I can bear to not spend that money on revisiting this one. An unforgettable stay.
