Nice and clean hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
Great location. Easy check in. Staff responsive and friendly.
Horrible customer service
Convenient location off I65. Good for one night stay.
I would put 0 stars. Booked the hotel in advance, arrived at night at 3 am. I got off the truck to ask where I could park. A woman wearing glasses came out and started shouting: “You can’t park here! You must leave your truck at the crossroads!” Okay, I left at the crossroads. I come to the reception, ask the time for breakfast, she replies: “I won’t open the kitchen for you! Breakfast time at 6 am.” Okay, well, we come to the room and there are no towels for the shower. I go back to the reception, And then she meets me, I didn’t have time to ask for towels, she: “I told you that I won’t open the kitchen !!” I say that I'm not hungry, and I don't need your kitchen, just give me a towel. She: Do you have a towel in your room, For taking extra towels, we will charge you! Just terrible service, Granny couple retired
We have stayed at this location several times in the past for an event at the Kentucky State Fairgrounds but not for a couple of years. Sad to say that this facility has gone downhill in most areas. Our room was a bit smelly and the carpet felt damp. The bathroom door had not been cleaned in while with dirty handprints on it. The air conditioner had a constant high pitch noise that made it necessary to wear ear plugs to sleep. With a new BW Pluss next door, we will most likely stay there in the future. This area offers a great deal of choice in shopping and dinning options.

Location great. Lots of restaurants and retail nearby.
Not a place I would ever stay again
It was alright. Toilet leaked
.
Comfortable budget accommodations. The furniture and fixtures were older but good quality. They seemed understaffed but were attentive when I brought an issue to their attention. Breakfast options included yogurt, sausage, egg, biscuits, bagels, waffle machine not available currently.
Couldn't control AC, no listing for TV channels. Continental breakfast was standard, very watered down OJ. Limited choices for vending soda, no diet soda in machine. You get what you pay for, which is to be expected. I would stay here again but if I was to bring my wife, I wouldn't as I would have to go to a hotel for twice the price.
Easy access to and from freeway.
Breakfast was great
It felt like a motel
