The water DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM it was an issue with plumbing

We were on bikes and exhausted. The hotel was modestly priced so I did not expect a lot. The breakfast was sufficient. The room were mostly clean but we did find a few bugs. Staff was super pleasant and helpful though

We have always had good experiences with this chain, however this particular facility was not up to standard. I should have gotten a clue when I saw bedspreads hung over the large window above the entrance. They advertised "all new rooms", but that was inaccurate. Our room had stains on the carpet and the upholstered chair. When we turned on the air a flurry of dirt and leaves flew out, covering the desk. Surface cleaning was adequate, but I killed a roach in the hall. The room had no coffee, no hairdryer, no tissues and only a partial roll of TP. Breakfast was very sparse, few choices, and we had to go to the desk to ask someone to make a waffle, as guests are not trusted with the waffle batter. The employee who made the waffles was nice about it, but she was wearing houseslippers, no ID badge- looked like another "guest". And I don't think the health department would have endorsed the juice/milk set-up. Signs were posted all around re: don't pour coffee in the water fountain, don't take food out of this room, etc. Unfortunately this experience will impact my decision to reserve at this chain- I would have to actually see it before agreeing to stay. HOWEVER- I had requested a room away from the highway and they did comply with that!

Prices are reasonable but the hotel was sub standard.

Good experience! Not fancy location. Not far from downtown. No close-by place to eat.

They claim to offer "continental breakfast." I don't need sugar cereal and waffles, but I do need coffee in the morning. No coffee service in the room, and at the breakfast location, there was no coffee. Then there was brewing coffee, and five minutes later it was all gone. You can't make enough coffee in a 12-cup drip for an entire motel full of guests. And the internet went out first thing in the morning when I was trying to check weather and road conditions. Inexcusable, and my trip would have gone much better if I had been able to use the internet before leaving.

The hotel was cheap, but not really very clean. The location was pretty good. There weren't any extras in the hotel, just a bed to sleep in.

Had to wait ten minutes and ring bell to register. No one at front desk You get a bed. Fridge and microwave. No coffe was available as stated Breakfast was a bowl of cereal or toast. Waffle maker not working. Got a good discount but as I stated you get what you pat for !!
