Very nice hotel and staff
Nothing Exceptional , Very poor customer service , NO VIP perks offered at all , and this is not only the Hotel Problem BUT Orbitz also responsible and how they are selling this hotel as VIP while its not !!!
I have had the joy of staying atvthis hotel a few times. Staff across the board is always incredible and aims to please. Hotel is newer and clean - neds comfortable. Only issue this time was TV, most stations were not working. Id like to understand if this is short term issue or long term.
Modern hotel, great buffet for breakfast and dinner. All staff members are excellent. Bed incredibly comfortable and good western choices on TV.
