The 7-room villa Maracuya is a spacious 160 m2 property spread across two levels. The ground floor features a bright and comfortably furnished living/dining room with a satellite TV (flat screen). There is one bedroom with a french bed and a private bathroom/WC. Another bedroom on this level has two beds (90 cm) and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Please note that there is no heating option available in the villa. The upper floor comprises three more bedrooms: one with a french bed and a private bathroom/WC, another with two beds (90 cm), and the third with two beds (90 cm) and a shower/WC.
