The stay could have been better, upon entering we noticed that the sofas in the entry area were torn completely. Then the next morning, the breakfast area which was a one man show, salute to him for taking care of it however the dish disposal area was smelling of rotten eggs, that area was disgusting to even keep our dishes after finishing our meal. There was no taste in the breakfast offered- it was like having cardboard in our mouth. Our room had none of the power sockets working at all- there was just one usb area that was working and we managed to charge our phones somehow. Ramada really needs to improve the maintenance for this property. Hopefully these concerns are listened to and addressed.
The staff was rude to non Asian people. The pool is closed. The picture of the hotel is misleading. The mountains are far from the hotel. It is an hour drive to the Icelandic parkway. The exercise equipment is falling apart. The ice machines were all broken. Worst hotel on our trip so far. ☹️🤬

Very clean, although the front desk lady wasn’t wearing a mask at check in. I was disappointed since that she could possibly have the virus and sees so many people a day. The breakfast staff was amazing, a nice gentleman started a friendly conversation with us and was had all the proper PPE for covid. I felt really safe and welcomed.
