It was a nice hotel. It has no A/C so if you don't mind being a little warm it's fine. Other than that, the room was really cute.

Staff very nice. Room clean. Quit area. However overall, nondescript & boring. Charges too much.

Chose this hotel because of the pool. Was told that it's on renovation upon check in, other than we slept well.

My daughters and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to enjoy winter sports at Jasper. The rooms were clean, well equipped, the adjoining restaurant was wonderful. The staff were very courteous and provided us with a microwave immediately when we requested.

This is a good hotel to stay for Jasper visit. Loft is nice with a small kitchen in room. There is a roof window that we could see the sky but unfortunately it was cloudy on the day we stayed.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom with a loft unit. It was small but clean. Overall rate is ordinary.

We stayed here for three days. The loft room worked out very well for me and my wife and teenage daughter. We like the onside restaurant, but walking into town also gave us a gazillion food options. We barely used the kitchenette because we're lazy, but it was in good shape. Had a wonderful mountain view off our deck.

The bedroom was on the 1st floor and felt like a closet. There was a tiny window up top in the bedroom. The bedding was musty, as was the entire suite. I wonder when they renovated this place last. 1950s? There was a note in the kitchenette asked customers to wash their own dishes or else! For the price I paid, I really don't care for the establishment to ask me to wash my own dishes. Should I be grateful that they did not ask me to take the garbage out too? All in all, the stay was not pleasant at all.

Glad I was able to book this room thru O at half the price that BW was showing as available. We got a suite that had a Queen bed, plus 3 twin beds in the loft, plus a sofabed (that we did not need) in the living room, fireplace & fully equipped kitchenette. The rooms were immaculately clean, although the room that had the queen bed was small; the loft upstairs was spacious and even had its own TV, and the rooms were smoke free and beds were firm enough to be comfortable for sleeping although being on the 2nd floor without an elevator was a pain for taking up luggage to our rooms. Also, breakfast was not thrown in, and the bathroom was also small -- and for these reasons, I did not give them a 5*. But considering what the options I was getting for the weekend I was visiting, I was very happy with with we got. It was at the edge of town, but was close enough to walk. Although the room was facing the street, I did not hear much traffic noise. We had the kitchenette which was a plus because travelling with kids made it a lot easier for us to prepare breakfast in our room, and dinner as well when the kids were tired with eating out on the road for the past few days. And with the Robinson grocery nearby, it was a breeze to prepare dinner. Sounds strange, but having the basic dish detergent & dish brush, and having the salt & pepper shaker already provided was a big help! And even the welcome bowl of apples & a cool drink at the reception is appreciated. Simple touches like this made it easier. They also had a pool, hot tub, sauna & steam bath. Just wished that they closed later than 10pm. I would not hesitate to use this BW hotel in Jasper the next time we visit.

To check in and to check out were just a minute! Very effective and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. However the kitchen equipment were all old. We also had to wash all of the used dishes and cutleries ourselves with no washing machine! or else we had to pay extra 15CAD, which i think it was not cool.

We stayed here in Jasper for 3 days after taking ViaRail train #001 from Toronto. Rooms are not air conditioned, but not needed. No elevator, but not an issue because of where we stayed. Friendly staff, both front desk and housekeeping. We didn't take time to check out the year-round indoor pool. Shuttle service was available, but we rented a car.

The hotel was quiet and well appointed in a great location. The only down side was that the reception staff did not know that [...] had charged me for the room and so did they.
