Everything was great and easy, just the front desk guy checking me in, in the middle of the night was a bit odd and maybe slightly creepy but nice and business like. It's cheap so don't expect luxury, although it was still a very nice place.

Considering that I stayed here precisely because it was the cheapest motel room I could find in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was a lot nicer than I expected. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and attractive. No funky smells. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room had wall-mounted hair dryer, full size iron and ironing board in the real closet, and microwave and fridge. The mattress seemed to be newer and was v. comfortable. The pillows and towels were nicer than I'm used to at inexpensive motels. There is a pool which I didn't use but looked nice (clean), and the property is attractively landscaped and looks well-maintained. Staff were pleasant and efficient. I would definitely stay there again.

Passing through on business. Great location, No frills. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good value for price. Breakfast an coffee provided.

This was a very cheap room rate but I would never stay again. I would rather pay more $ than stay in a old, musty smelling room. Very, very basic free breakfast. Just yuck.

The hotel was average. The bed was clean and nice. The TV was good. The bathroom was a little bit smaller than average. The door didn't fully shut either. You could tell the building was old. Breakfast was tasty. The staff was very helpful too.

Needs a little updating but a good value for price

This hotel is old but clean. It is ok for a one night business stay. Breakfast was average.

The Manager watched my 94-year-old mother struggle to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor room, and offered us a main floor 2-room-suite at the same price as the 2-bed room upstairs. That was a great accommodation to our needs. Then we had adequate space for my son and daughter-in-law to visit us at the Inn. The other residents were friendly and fun to talk with.

Decent rooms. Some things have been upgraded, some have not. ie. old style hotel keys, new selectable flush toilets. Good deal for a single night stay. There was not much available for the Breakfast. Bagles, (2) cereals, waffles, apple & Cranberry juice, and coffee. Pretty fast internet. I have stayed at some major hotels with slower internet.

The location was ideal for me with easy access to the room. The free mini breakfast, which is provided, is a perfect way to start the day. The employees are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom could be updated (older hotel), but are clean and spacious making it a pleasant experience.

Visited family while there. No complaints.

This hotel is well maintained and very clean for the age of the hotel, no it is not new or fancy but has everything a traveler would need to include an internet connection that actually worked and did not bounce me on and off the internet.

We visited friends in the area. The room had everything that was needed but needs updating and better cleaning. It was nice to have a breakfast dining but it was no kept clean. This has the potential to be an excellent facility with some cleaning, painting, repairs (no window screens in bathroom window). Could not beat the price!

Business Trip for two days. No complaints. Quiet and clean.

When I travel alone I look for the best value and am will to the except basic, no frills and even poor service. I must say that this is a step up from basic with some extras and actually good service. The only problem that I encounter was a missing remote for the TV. One call and that was taken care of. The one thing that is important to me is cleanliness and my room was a very clean.

very upsetting we were told it was a heated pool and it was not. we were all looking forward to that. the breakfast was not too good even though it was free. we asked for a cot in the room for someone to sleep on and they did not offer them . we needed an extra blanket in the room as they gave us 2 blankets that looked like they were over used and had holes in them . the ac worked but mad a very load banging noise as we were trying to sleep we had 2 rooms and our key opened both rooms so we have had no idea as to how many other rooms they could have opened we did not feel safe with leaving our belongings

I only stayed one night in the hotel. The hotel was old, but the room was clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was not very much muffins and make your own waffles but it was still very good.

Americas Best Value Inn does not quite live up to its name, but is a decent value. The upside is that it is in between the historic downtown area and the restaurant/shopping area. Also the staff was very friendly, pointing out things to do in the area and when I checked out they recognized that I had not stopped by for breakfast and offered me a bagel (even though it was after their posted breakfast time). The downside is that it is very close to the main road and I could hear cars passing all night long. Also, there is a sink basin, but no counter to put a toiletry bag or other bathroom equipment. A minor annoyance was that the TV did not get in the marked stations, but there ample stations to watch. They did have a nice desk in the room to work at in the room. I stayed in November so I cannot tell you about the pool, though it looked nice.

This obviously was a refurbished property. It was old, but updated. I have stayed in lots of beach motels like this in Florida. They are old, but have been updated, on the cheap. It usually results in some unique decor, if the bathroom tile and fixtures, drapes, wallpaper and carpeting were updated (or not) in the most recent deal the owner got on replacements. This one was just like that. The room was clean and comfortable enough; when you stay in a place like this, it is usually just to sleep and change clothes. The comp breakfast was a little sparse, but it was sufficient. I would give the maximum number of stars for the kind of motel that it is.

The hotel was great. A problem came up with the guests next door, the hotel management took care of it immediately. I liked that.
