Francine, the manager, was a dream. She was fluent in English and her knowledge of the area and things to do was exceptional. She made everything go very smoothly. The property is very clean and the room well appointed.

We stayed for a week, the place is small but very clean and the rooms are very spacious, we stayed on the second floor unit farthest from the entrance. The hotel is roughly 20 units and everyone can fit very comfortably around the pool. This is the place with a more senior crowd and many Canadiens stay there for a few weeks to pass the worst of the winter. We enjoyed it so much we going back next year.

This hotel is really condos, so you get a whole apartment to yourself. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with kitchen for less than some places were charging for a room. Upsides: pretty pool, good a/c, very clean and friendly (somewhat uninvolved) staff who helped when we asked. Not downtown (which can also be a downside, but taxis are super cheap) Downsides: kind of a schlep to the beach (cut through Morgan's casino to save time) and mattresses were overly firm to our tastes. We recommend Rancho Santana next-door they're very friendly and the menu is meaty but tasty!

Hotel met every expectation. Wonderful and helpful staff. Immaculate and clean. Short distance from the main road. The location is for older couples and families, and is not a party scene. A very peaceful and quiet getaway.

This was a last minutes trip and I have to say Club de Cielo exceeded our expectation. The office staff especially Nancy made our stay exceptional with giving directions and making sure that everything we needed was supplied readily. We will definitely be using Club de Cielo for our next trip to Jaco.

The condo is modern and clean. Great pool and service. The breakfast was plenty good. Its a piece of paradise.

Club del Cielo is a great place to spend your vacation. It has a huge, clean pool and delicious restaurant, with 24 hour security and polite personnel. The condo was cozy and clean and had everything to live comfortably for two weeks, except a hair dryer. I especially liked the balcony. I thought the price was incredible for how much bang for the buck. Jaco itself was a charming town, bustling with activity everyday. The Pacific Ocean was only a couple blocks walk away from the hotel. I don't believe it's possible to eat at a bad restuarant in Jaco; every place we tried was incredible. If you're adventurous, try the Jaco Canopy Tour and book a trip to Tortuga Island.

From the time we arrived until we departed the staff was great from the restuarant, office, and security guards, all were so helpful and curtious. The Cielo was well maintained and clean. The walk to Jaco downtown was bout four blocks and to the water was bout three blocks. The office set up a few tours for us that were not too far out from the hotel. I like the Cielo cause it's not a large crowded hotel. We'll be back to stay here again.

Staff are very helpful...you can call the states for free at desk. Continental Breakfast is fresh fruit assortment, beverage and warm cinamon roll. You can buy a hot breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Staff will arrange for indep. driver to pick u up from airport to condo's for $120 (depending upon dollar rate), they will have cold water with them and will stop for you to have lunch. About 2-2.5 hrs from San Jose. You can walk to town or take taxi ($1.50). Lots of restaurants. ATV tours, surfing lessons, day trips to volcano, hiking, lunch on a boat to a pristine island). On ATV tour ($90 each) for 4 hours, saw monkey that came down on your shoulders, quite cute. Beach is much better than the Marriott resort that is nearby; that is rocky. Can rent a boogie board for $5 a day. Pool is very nice and place is kept spotless. Upon entering compound, at street you will smell the sewer...Jaco BEach has built up but hasn't kept up with water situation. There is absolutely no smell in the compound. Very private. This condo is 1.5 years old. Luncheon is kid friendly. Frozen alcoholic drinks are great ($5 each). You don't need a car once there.

My boyfriend and I loved the hotel. It was a short one block walk to the ocean and a few blocks away from the bustling surf town of Playa Jaco. The hotel rooms were modern with a flat screen tv in the living room and bedroom, modern kitchen, fully stocked with appliances. The pool was warm and beautiful. The surroundings well kept with 2 security guards and friendly staff. The grounds had plants and flowers everywhere surrounding the hotel. We can't wait to go back!
