Beach Front South Jaco 2nd Floor Condo

Stay beach front in south Jacó at our beautiful home! Casa Iguana is made up of three fully equipped condominiums with a rooftop rancho bar area, private pool, terrace and lush gardens.

The entire property can be rented for large groups or a single condo can be rented separately(UPON REQUEST).

Our second floor is a three bedroom (king+ 2 queen)/two full equipped bath.

All decks are perfect for a sunset cocktail however our rooftop has spectacular sunset views and includes a grill, fridge, powder room, large dining table and bar seating for 9!
This unique property is perfect for families or groups looking for a tranquil and enjoyable getaway. Just steps to the sand and a very private pool and garden area make this a very special tropical oasis!

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a refrigerator.
