Did not stay here, we checked in and saw the room and left.
Check-in was horrible, receptionist was rude and seemed to be bothered that I had to check in at 6pm which is "dinner time". The room was a non smoking room but smelled like a smoking room and the roaches were everywhere! Luckily it was just a work trip that I just needed a place to lay my head at. I didn't sleep well and wanted to get out of there so fast!
This hotel is horrible. There was no one at the desk, just a phone on the wall with direction on how to ckeck in.. called about 5 times and no one answered. The small lobby smelled horrible like if someone had puked. i did not wait for the staff to ckeck me in and decided to leave and go to another hotel
It was fairly clean but my room smelled like rubber when I first walked in. Maybe the AC was giving something off. You can smell a bit of marijuana in the hallways but I don't believe people smoke inside because of the high $250 penalty. I didn't feel unsafe, but the bed mattress was very bouncy (it's on metal frame) and was not very comfortable. Front desk was nice.
I normally do not do reviews however, this hotel was not at all as it was presented in the ad online. It smells of dog, the furniture is broken, the lights turn on throughout the night in the room, there are no amenities, and the staff was unwilling to help or direct us as to where we could get things within the facility
This property is clean! Not, too much noise noticed! Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Nothing, I can complain about unbelievably! Everyone here is polite & very friendly! Even guests go above & beyond! I’ve never experienced this type of situation before in my life! I’m extremely grateful to have experienced such amazing individuals like I have here.
Place smelled like marijuana all the time, people walking around all night ,very loud, had bugs in my room, staff didn't really care. I will not be staying at another wood spring suites again. no amenities.

I booked this hotel through a travel site and on the way into town our car broken down. I called the travel company to try and move the reservation to the next night since I already paid for it. the rep tried to contact the hotel and got no answer. a day and a half later and several hundred dollars later we we're back on the road. I called the travel company again and was advised to contact the hotel and let them know my situation. If I could get them to agree they could switch my night. The man on the phone said ok and so I called back to the travel company. They called the hotel to confirm and said the hotel said no. If I wanted to stay I had to pay...AGAIN. I called the hotel back and this time I got a woman that said the man I spoke to was maintenance and had no idea what he was talking about. She was rude and I couldn't believe her attitude. In understand no refund policy and that's why I never asked for one. I just wanted to stay for the night I paid for. Customer service is NOT their strong suit!!! I really couldn't rate the hotel itself because I wasn't able to stay. But they kept my money...
I love it here I have been here for a month and the staff Is friendly and helpful. The room is nice and I love the floors.
I was in town for a funeral, arriving late for check in, staff was not available, however instructions how to reach staff was available. I had planned to get my day started by getting up early have breakfast, then leave for the funeral; the towels appeared to be dirty, washed but were not clean. I was able to go to the service desk for a new set; however I had planned to leave early the next morning requested towels; was told I had to wait until opening time of 10:00 A.M., I had planned to leave at 7:00 A.M. that morning. Had I known towels would not be accessible I would have gotten more towels upon arriving on Friday, night.
You can hear everything going on in surrounding rooms. Found Roaches in room. Bed needs new mattress, you can tell where the last person slept.
