Old facility and room reflected it. Ants on the tables, no towels in the room, holes in bed linens, grout missing in bathroom tiles, soap scum on shower walls & bathtub. Carpet filthy. Door bent and 1 inch gap from floor. Wyndham should be ashamed to be affiliated.

First I was greeted by a rode and short tempered clerk, then I was given the key for room 152 as I open the door I could not breathe, the room was smoky and filled with offensive smell, I naturally returened the key, and walk away looking for normal hotel, they have no refund policy, surprise, surprise. I hope this review will save you the trouble that I had gone through in booking this bad hotel.

Somehow the reservation was mixed up of which was no fault of the hotel. However, the desk clerk stated that she saw the reservation the night that was booked in error. She also stated that she knew that I didn't utilize the room , she was unable to make any kind of concession. She offered me a room at the full price. I accepted the room paying for it by credit card. I put my personal items into the room and was preparing to meet a client for dinner. I noticed there were no wash cloths. I stopped by the office to ask for wash cloths. The front desk clerk stated that someone would bring them to the room. I arrived back to the room and noticed no wash cloths. I went over to the office around 10:30 P.M. I was given hand towels because she didn't have was clothes. I went back to the room and noticed a very stain duvet on the bed which was disappointing. The overall cleanliness on a scale of 1-10 would be rated 5. It would not be a hotel that I would make a future reservations.

I did this a little while ago for Orvitz who booked it for me. After it was booked I called them to be sure they had a wheelchair. The woman on the desk was RUDE, and they did not have a wheelchair nor was she interested in trying to figure out how to accommodate me. So I had to stay on Amelia Island where I was at the Marriott and get a driver to take me to the Jax airport at 6:00 AM where there was a wheelchair waiting for me. SO. I lost $71 plus fees which I would be glad to have back and it cost $80 to be driven to the airport. All of which doesn’t rise to the definition of a positive experience. Sorry to say.

No airport transportation Do not answer phone called x four Stated in bathroom but there are two girls behind desk. Coffee pot dirty vending machine would not allow me to purchase drink. Was told to go to poolside vending. It was almost 1am felt to scared to venture out in dark.

Dump filled with crackheads and homeless people. Should have just slept in the airport on a bench.

We decided to try this hotel so we could use the cruise shuttle which is not a free service. We were told the day we left for the cruise to be ready 20 mins early then sat and waited on the shuttle 45 mins. Now we are setting on The shuttle at the cruise port for what is so far 30 mins waiting on passengers that could be another hour or 2 getting off the ship. The hotel is not clean the shuttle is disgusting the staff was very nice though.

The photos on line of the rooms were not at all like they were in person. I was highly disappointed by the conditions of the room. My family was booked for 2 nights, we only stayed for 1, and had to make other arrangements. The staff was cordial and pleasant, but the rooms were HORRIBLE!!!! Please take the photos off line, because those pictures are false!! There also was a smell in our room.

The staff was every accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit. The building could have used some care.

The Continental breakfast was acceptable. Biscuits/gravy, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, juice were available. Room was stale upon entering. Toilet could have been cleaned more. Towels were not readily available. We were told they were being washed but attendants were friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. There was no problem parking. Grounds keeping could be improved.

Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for the price we paid. I expected a very out-dated, run-down hotel but found it to be nice and clean. It isn't fancy or luxury by any means, but it was a good deal and nice for the price.

It was OK but the hotel needs to be renovated. The machines are too old and they leak which could cause accidents.

I enjoyed my stay it nice clean I was comfortable and nice staff

I FLEW OUT OF JACKSONVILLE FOR A DAY TRIP TO NASHVILLE LEAVING ABOUT 6:30AM-ARRIVED BACK TO JACKSONVILLE ABOUT 11:30 PM. AFTER A VERY LONG DAY I GOT BACK TO ROOM AND THE KEY CARD DID NOT WORK-HAD TO GO THE OFFICE GOT IT RE-KEYED AND STILL DID NOT WORK. IT SEEMS THAT DOOR LOCK MECHANISM WAS LOOSE MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO UNLOCK. AFTER A LONG DAY THIS WAS VERY AGGRAVATING, BUT THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY KIND AND PATIENT WITH MY FRUSTRATION.

Our room reaked of smoke. There was a dirty wash cloth on the bedside table. There were holes in the sheets and blanket.

I stay for business weekend. Is in good location close to all important atractions in Jacksonville

This hotel was located 8 minutes from JAX international airport where I had an early flight. This is was perfect for my needs as we only needed to stay for one night before heading out.

Wi-fi does not work properly. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

I arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm to stay 1 night before my flight back to the west coast. I requested a king bed non-smoking, but got a double bed. When I entered the room, the room smelled mildew and damp. The shower strength is poor. Floor carpet was dirty. When I turned down the sheets on the first bed, there were blood stains on the bed. I called the front desk and they said they could change the room. I said I will sleep on the other bed because I only had 4 hours before my flight. When I checked out, the front desk and showed the photo of the blood stain, they only said come back and they will give me a discount the next time. What an aweful customer service and experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
