I could not stay at property because my room, although clean, smelled heavily of chemicals and i had an allergy attack.

The water was luke warm at best and several other occupants were complaining . There were several roaches in the bathroom . I immediately asked for a refund and stayed at a different nearly hotel .

Appears that property was overbooked. Key not available and were escorted to rm by nite man . Cold spell in jacksonville . room unit only

This is old run down building. It had a funny smell in the room and dirty. No view except for the sewer truck and other trucks from crews that are doing construction in places in Jacksonville areas. Now we understand the cheap prices

Very convenient to where I needed to be. Close to the beach also a bonus

Close to beach. Convenient to stadium. Good value for price. Only real complaint is TV reception was very spotty on some channels fading in and out.

Made my reservations 8 weeks in advanced. Arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight and was told my reservation had been "canceled and no rooms are available for the night" after hearing this i contacted orbitz who also reached out to the hotel and was told the same thing. After flying all day with my two kids (2 month old baby and 2 year old toddler) I didnt have the energy or patients to wait on hold any longer (waited over an hr for help finding another hotel) eventually just requested a refund and spent the night in the car because nothing was available! With two small kiddos and 7+ hrs of flying my husband and I ended up sleeping in the car. Not worth the trouble or hassle!

I upgraded to the premium room, and did not receive the small things like water bottle/snacks/ and even shampoo/conditioner for the shower. Speaking of shower my girlfriend and I were forced to take a cold shower because there was no hot water.

Falsely advertised as remodeled but was in all stages of disrepair. In three day stay not once did the hot water get above lukewarm.

They told us it was Orbitz fault, but they did not have our reservations. Not happy with Orbitz or Red roof inn. Took two hours to finally check-in. Awful customer service.

Hotel had a terrible odor. Room didn’t have a refrigerator. No elevator and stairwell was very dingy and not well kept.

I did not like the fact that this hotel had a certain stench, the walls in the room were peeling, the bathtub had a disgusting mat in there for everyone to step on and contract bacteria. I was very displeased with my overall stay for the 6 hours I was there. It gave me no other choice but to leave.

Good experience. I will stay here again and I will tell others to stay as well

It was just a quick overnight stay. The room was super clean, bed slept well, and decor, including the wood floors, are really nice. The lobby was a little sketchy looking at first, but you can tell they’re working hard to make this old place modern again. The staff at the front desk were nice and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

We we're in a corner room that was so quiet. We appreciate peace at our stay.

Nice large and clean rooms. It was close enough to Mayo Clinic for a reasonable price. Hot breakfast included..Outside cleanliness not so good - glass doors smeared and filthy.

Didn’t like how there was no elevator and the phone in the room did not work. Along with I found white peoples hair in the tub and on my bed and I’m black lol

I apologize for the issues you experienced when you stayed, especially the keys. We don't run out of those often, but it is never fun for anyone - the guests or us. Thank you for staying with us despite all of that :)
