We were part of a large wedding party. More than one of the rooms was double charged and had to wait several days for refunds. They didn’t have enough towels in the rooms for the # of guests booked per room. One day they didn’t even clean our room. The whole facility had a bad odor. They were uncooperative with the bride after telling her she could have a late checkout, they then did not allow her to stay past 11:00am

There was a smell (like sewage) when you first walked in the door. There were several of us there for a wedding with plans to go to the bar after the rehearsal and wedding but they didn’t tell us the bar would be closed for construction when we booked. For several people in our party the double billed us and there are people still arguing with them trying to get the money back they double billed us. In my room there were four of us but they would only give us two towels. When we asked for additional towels we were given one and told that was all they had. In addition we could only get one roll of toilet paper at a time. There was trash (not ours) under the bed, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, internet was so slow we were not able to do work we needed to do, and so on and so on. I will never stay at another Ramada!

I wish I could say that I will stay here next time; But definitely can't. Not a a good experience. Breakfast is not good (eggs not well cooked multiple times). I stayed for 2 days (2 breakfasts) - each time the same. Other customers complained as well. When asked, they say that's how they cook due to the given time ! Regarding Room: No TV channel card, coffee maker was dirty. The computer / desk is placed right next to A/C unit, which makes it difficult to use laptop (as constant flow of hot / cold air to your face). Note that you can't change the direction of the flow in such units. Water in the bathroom is very Luke warm. The drape rod fell off when I tried to open / close the curtain !!! And it rained that night; next morning - there was water leakage in the breakfast area. They had to keep two trash bins to collect the water leak ! The spoons, forks and knifes were VERY Dirty. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Glad that I didn't bring my family during my stay here.

The breakfast was horrible and poor, cold food the cafeteria is very dark The the elevator needs maintenance.

Everything was great! The staff was very nice and everything was clean. We will stay again!

The pictures Orbitz has on it's site are very very old. Should have listened to the reviews. This hotel is dated and smells bad. Had to buy air freshener just to stay in the room.

Loud ac in my particular room but able to sleep. Hotel could definitely use some updating.

When we arrived at 10:30 pm our room wasn’t cleaned and ready yet.. once we finally got our room there was still old food from the last person staying in the fridge and the sheets were full of hair and crumbs. The place was being remodeled. The key card didn’t always work when trying to get in from outside. The staff was great And the free breakfast was very good.

The staff at check in was extremely rude, and very careless with guest's personal information. He left the paperwork from the previous check in on the counter the whole time I was at the desk checking in, with all of their personal information on it in plain view. If I wanted to steal his information it was out there for the taking. I have great concerns about that practice - he should have put it away and protected the guest's private information. Then, he proceeded to argue with me about what a valid ID is. I provided a government issued identification which he told me was unacceptable and "not real". The lobby is clean and well decorated, giving you the impression that the rest of the property is the same. However, such was not the case. Once I left the lobby and entered the hallways towards the room it deteriorated immensely. There was trash all over the hallway and a strange odor of chemicals throughout the corridor. Surprisingly, the room was clean. Outside of the building I stayed in, there was a LARGE gaping hole in the exterior wall, as if a truck had hit the building. There was nothing covering it just a big hole. The facility is poorly kept. Find a different hotel. This one is not safe.

Hotel had a musky smell as soon as we entered. Man at front desk was not friendly and very nonchalant. Our hotel room itself also smelled but seemed clean everywhere we checked. Bathroom was clean as well. The only hotel employee that was friendly was the guy working early Sunday morning when we left.

Very nice. Currently under some renovation. Excellent access to rte 95.

Hotel was great, checked in late at night after drinking 12 hours, chip was very chipper and helpful at front desk! Room was huge and comfy, bathroom also. Breakfast was great, could use a more pleasant staff tho. Overall was a great place to rest on my way down to central Florida.

The pictures are remastered versions of when the been nice! Chip, the evening desk clerk is the only reason this hotel is higher than a one. He was quick, and personality raised the experience. The exterior doors to the hotel do not actually lock! The lights for the keycards don’t work, so multiple guests believed the keys weren’t working and came to the desk to have replaced while I waited to check in. The carpets are probably the original carpet, very dirty. I would say they are 15-20 years old but I don’t know the age of the place, The bathroom had multiple anchors showing where someone attempted to hand something. Towel rack fell off the wall. Shower curtain rod wasn’t level, so the curtain continued to slide open. The toilet wobbled due to not being anchored right. The pillow met basic hotel quality, the bed was actually quite comfortable. The ac was not adjustable or cold The fridge was not level and tried to fall over when I opened it! Good thing because it smelled horrible. The tv was fussy, like old uhf channels. And this is on a LG flatscreen with a Comcast box. Bottom line since I needed a shower and a place to rest it meet those objectives. If you are staying for more than 8 hours....go somewhere else!

The hotel was good except the A/c was not cool at all
