Waited in line 50 minutes they informed us they did not have a room available and I had to call Orbitz to get a refund.

The bathroom was really clean I really don’t find to many clean bathrooms at some other places I stayed and the room was clean the beds was comfortable for me my pregnant wife and two other kids

Basic amenities such as WiFi and microwave were not provided as advertised and expected. Housekeeping did not clean room or provide clean towels or bedsheets for 4-day stay while do-not-disturb tag was off and service was requested. Room was stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4-day stay. “Breakfast” was limited to bagels and occasional microwaveable oatmeal without utensils. Staff is rude. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The property was very dirty, abended cars on the property and illegal activity taking place in the parking lot. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and nothing was done she said really to me when I reported what I had seen takin place. The AC in the room didn't work room would only get down to 76. I called the desk and was advised they had no more double queens available and I should have reported this when I first arrived. The overall appearance of the hotel was bad. The hallways were dirty and smelled. There was also trash in the hallways on the floor. This has to be one of the worst Ramadas I have ever stayed in.

It took a long time for the room to be available to us but it was a good hotel overall.

The hotel has a lot of sketchy looking people staying there. The parking lot was full of garbage (lottery tickets, food containers, water bottles, etc. every morning). On Sunday, 10/16/22, they hosted "Urban Night" where they sold tickets and invited non-guests to the hotel. Very loud. Mayra at the front desk was super nice and helpful, but the rest of the staff didn't seem to care. I reported that someone dumped garbage in the hallway overnight and a staff person said "housekeeping will be here soon" while open food containers laid in the hallway on the floor for 2 hours. I would not recommend this hotel.

The latch of the room does not lock fully. The room had a patio which is good but it is shared with next room, so it's semi privacy.
