Nice & clean hotel. Great breakfast variety. Near airport

I have always had a GREAT stay here a little costly but well worth the stay .

The hotel was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a two-day concert located near Everbank Field. The hotel's amenities were ok for my friend and I. I don't know if I would recommend it to a family that would be staying for more than one night. It was relatively clean, however, it is an older hotel that is in need of some remodeling. The location is right next to the I-295 on-ramp and the neighborhood is ok. For the $72 a night price, the hotel did it's job...basically a place to sleep after being outside drinking adult beverages all day at a concert festival.

Loved the restaurant, the staff was great and the bed was so comfy. the internet sucked though.

This hotel was more of a place where people live than travelers. Partying all night long, car music thumping in the parking lot. Did not feel safe or secure here.

Asked for a non smoking room, got a stinky smoking room that we could not stay in. We were moved but the room was near parked trucks they kept running all night so we were awake all night. I had a headache in the am and could not wait to leave . Breakfast included but not worth saying for. Bathroom so small it was hard to get into it and close the door.

The food here is the best I have experienced. It's a full Buffet with a very good selection. The staff was great and very helpful when I had a personal problem that required a change to my stay. They helped me in every way.

Assumed all rooms have tvs...well this one didn't had to switch rooms bc no tv...but at least they let us switch. No bacon on breakfast buffet + lumpy grits+ soupy eggs+ 38.00 cab to downtown

The rooms are clean. you get nice comfort for the value.

Nice facilities, Breakfast is OK could have more variety and could should be fresh and hot. pool area is the best quality and the seating at breakfast was impressive. The Best quality it has is the security, it has security guards walking the parking lot during the night.

The room were very clean. I could have used a refrigerator and microwave in the room. My stay was just fine. The probity that i will stay there again are good.

The hotel was nice & the kids enjoyed the inside pool.

Clean hotel, easy to find and friendly staff.

The hotel was good for my needs - just passing through and needed a place to rest.

The hotel was very good but located in an industrial area and this distracted from the stay.

The staff was friendly, but the location was in an industrial area with nothing else close by. It was at least a fifteen minute drive to any restaurant or store. If you are going for a pleasure trip, I would find a hotel in a more populated area. If you are going for business in the area, then it may satisfy your needs.

The Holiday Inn Jackson was comfortable & room was very nice. Hotel location was great. We were very dissapointed with the room we had as it was in the back of the hotel where the truck drivers parked their semi's. The coolers on the trucks ran all night & could be heard inside the room & was noisey. The restaurant food was good except they were out of items on the menu every time we ordered. I ordered a cheese omlet on the menu & they were out of the cheese so I had to order something different. It was okay but not spectacular. Our dinner was very good, the steak and prime rib was prepared as we ordered it & tender. I ordered a dessert & they were out of it. The breakfast buffet was okay but every morning the weighter broke down the waffle maker before the time the buffet was to closed. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel the remainder of the stay we ate at other restaurants close by.
