Welcome to Liberty Street in the heart of Historic Springfield — one of Jacksonville’s oldest and most colorful neighborhoods! Just north of Downtown, Springfield is known for its charming old homes, shaded sidewalks, giant oak trees, and a vibe that’s both laid-back and buzzing with local pride.

This neighborhood is very walkable — you’re just blocks from murals, historic parks, and local spots that feel like hidden gems.

You will have access to the Main House. There are 2 other units that are also for rent. Each units are completely private.

Step into our Liberty Blue Haven — a cozy, classic two-bedroom retreat with plenty of space to relax. This inviting downstairs unit welcomes you with a charming front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or winding down under the shade of Historic Springfield’s grand oak trees.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a flat-screen TV (bring your favorite streaming logins for Netflix or Hulu). Gather around the dining table for meals or late-night chats, then whip up breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen — complete with a Keurig coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and kettle.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have two comfy Queen beds waiting for you, tucked into peaceful bedrooms that feel like home. Whether you’re a small family, friends, or a couple wanting extra space, the Liberty Blue Haven is ready to welcome you in classic Springfield style.

2-3 hours: $200

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $75 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
