Rooms desperately need updating. Non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes.

Orbits and property people lied to me they put me on hold and called to see if the pool is open and they said it was when I got there was raining they re checked in the motel operator said the pool was closed because of the rain that pool hasn't been open and weeks or months there is more people living there by the week then running Room's swat was there to serve wards on somebody would bulletproof vest take your life in your own hands if you state this motel on top of it

Floor in 138 was filthy, they used dirty water to mop it. Sheets had holes burned into them. Bathroom door and jamb were recently broken, like someone had to break into the bathroom. Room only had a bed, a TV, night stands, a table and one hard chair. The HVAC unit didn't have a filter, and was blowing contaminated air which made us physically ill. The widow had no screen in it, there was no way to open the window for fresh air without someone walking by to do something rude (actual experience). We didn't feel that any of our belongings would be safe during our time away from the room... first time in a hotel that we felt the need to bring all of our travel items with us while away during the day. The area is slum-like, with quite a bit of undesirable activity... to the point that there is an armed security presence in the lobby during the night time hours. I don't recommend this establishment, or much of anything else around this area at all.

Found roaches near bed and in bathroom. Waited 30 mins at check in because the front desk clerk wasnt trained well and the other clerk wasnt helping. Never again!!!

I commend the management at Motel 6 for helping me with a problem I had. They handled it to my satisfaction and i would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the manager and staff very polite

Although this hotel is a good deal, I would be very careful about deciding to stay here. I had two encounters at night in the parking lots which were scary. The whole hotel smells like an old ash tray too. Probably best for someone looking for a one night stay traveling on 95.

I had to find other accommodations. I reserved a non-smoking room, yet the air inside was utterly polluted with cigarette smoke. We even found a cigarello butt in the bathroom trash can. The staffer was unwilling to assign us a different room, even though we were a family of three with a pregnant mom and a 1.5 year old toddler. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We left. Thankfully, Orbitz helped make other arrangements.

The hotel staff was cool, but when she told me that my room has no microwave or refrigerator, I was just upset. Also, the WiFi was nonexistent. The room was clean but I didn’t expect to see sunflower seeds on the bathroom floor when I first walked in. The room smell wasn’t too pleasanr either. You get what you pay for I guess.

The pool was closed. I looked at it and it looked fine and usable. This was the most bland and dirtiest hotel ever. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Many things were broken or didn't work. I'll never stay there ever again.

Check in was easy with Ronda who was fantastic throughout the stay. She was very friendly and helpful my entire stay. Kudos Ronda. Overall buget friendly. Had a two night stay and my bed was comfortable as well as I enjoyed the pool!

Floor dirty, woke up in the morning with my white socks black from the floor. Ran towel across the floor. Took to front desk. One employee was on the phone yelling about facebook to a friend about a guy wanting picture of a young girl. So told the other employee. And told her and showed her the towel. Her to my to me was yeah ok. Came back to the room that night to find it still dirty. Called orbitz. To get me out of here. Which they did but costed me more money. 3 cop cars showed up with lights on. Smell the use of drugs in the air. Orbitz. Just as much to blame for using this hotel on there web site.
