My room was clean, quiet and larger that the other hotels in Palestine. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and a very nice attendant. I go every year foe a golf outing in Frankston and I will be back!

Excellent. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. We were evacuees of Hurricane Harvey and were displaced from our home. The staff at this hotel were kind and extremely helpful at every turn. Isaiah and Robin were especially kind to myself and my daughter.

Friendly front desk & very helpful for local points of interest like parks, restaurants & detailed directions to get around. I like tiles rather than carpet in a pet friendly hotel. I will stay here again.

We were evacuated due to Hurricane Harvey. The staff was excellent especially as the place was filled with families and pets in the same situation as us. They dealt kindly with many who were stressed, trying to help everyone get information on FEMA, and being so polite (when I heard some be less than polite with them)! I asked about that, and the gentleman said he was not concerned with that, as he was dealing with some people on their worst day, and could only have compassion.

Super clean common areas and room, nice modern decor, very comfy beds, and fantastic service. We stayed because of Harvey and the staff went out of their way to help, even providing info to contact FEMA for temporary housing assistance and welcoming our dogs with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Palestine. You won't regret staying here.

The staff is by far the best I've dealt with in a long time. Kim, Robyn and Elijah do a wonderful job and represent La Quinta and the brand extremely well. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay and can't thank them enough. We appreciate them, their service, their personal care for us and our pet, and their overall professionalism. All we can say is thank you Kim and team for a job well done!! Extremely satisfied :)

We were in town due to the hurricane Harvey. Staff was great and kept us abreast of all the local resources. Housekeeping cleaned rooms late in the evening, but it could be due to full hotel. Overall great experience 😊

after booking a first floor room for 3 weeks { Monday night thru Thursday night} I had booked the same room for the next 8 weeks, everything good up to Monday the 28 th when I tried to check in to my already reserved room only to be told that my room was not available. Why? because they where giving my room to a refugee from the flooding because they needed a place to stay. Now I am homeless with no place to stay to be able to do my job ..... the so called manager exact words where I did you a favor by letting you stay on the first floor anyway what is wrong with you don't you have compassion for the refugees ... the point is now i'm a refugee with no place to stay ....rude to kick me out in the street... Price gouging ????? Be careful they don't honour your reservations or their word......

It was a nice stay. The rooms was clean and the beds was comfortable. I love the fact that it was a none smoking establishment. The hotel was easy to get to the location was close to all the shopping center i didn't have far to go if i needed anything.

Nice hotel - a/c wasn't working very good in our first room and hotel staff was very helpful and efficient in offering to either repair our unit or place us in another room. We chose another room and were very pleased.
