The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again if i need to. The location was great and the rooms were bigger than i expected. My overall experience was great.
I wanted a room with wood floors like in the pic, but they are only on the first floor. :(. But the front desk rep and everything else was better than expected. Haven't seen a hotel with a decent breakfast selection in a while. Great for the price.
We came here to take our boys on the Polar Express and this hotel just enhanced the magic of the experience. Lovely staff, beautiful and clean rooms. They even have a shuttle to take you to the train! And their free breakfast is amazing. Fresh, hot with tons of options! We will absolutely be back!
Very modern facilities. Good breakfast. Very clean. Only negative was the air conditioning unit cycled on and off during night. I would get too warm and wake up when it was off, although we had it set low enough that the room should have remained cool.
We loved our stay! The hotel was clean and orderly, and even had Christmas stuff set up in the lobby for the children.
Not very good. Smelly room sticky floors. For 95 bucks in would have expected a better hotel. Maybe when they get remodeling done it will be better.
This hotel in Palestine had always suited our needs. It's nice to know that you can go somewhere for at least an overnight stay and know what you're getting. Thanks!
For the price of $100 a night, we expected more. Pillows felt like folded blankets, cheap toilet and facial tissues. Staff was friendly though. The call to the room by the front desk right after we checked in to see if everything was okay was a very nice touch.
We stayed in Palestine for my birthday weekend. We were checking out the area for a future motorcycle trip in the spring with friends. Will definitely return to this hotel. Location was great and the hotel is very nice with a great breakfast buffet. The area is beautiful with the Davey Crockett forest area to the south and east is Rusk and Nacodoches. Nice getaway from the Fort Worth area and just a 2 hour drive.
I always stay here, and leave happy. The breakfast is always fresh, and i love waffles

I enjoyed the helpful staff and the location was perfect. It is very easy to get to anywhere you need to go and there are so many places to eat close by. Also the hospital is very close. The shopping mall is only about a mile away.
