Stayed for 3 nights on an official trip. Very pleasant and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel was nice but room was pretty dirty, wouldn't stay again

1. Room was not clean 2. During one of the nights, at 9pm- 11pm, the manager authorize to do maintenance with people screaming and talking loud at the hallway,

Stayed during hurricane Matthew and was most impressed with the professionalism of management and staff. Hotel has excellent hurricane rated windows, and concrete and steel floors and walls. Facilities were very clean and staff most hospitable.

Had a very nice stay. I just didn't fully enjoy my sleep. They said pillow top but the bed was a little short and hard for my comfort.

The hotel was in a decent location and there wasn't a pet fee. However it was old and needs some updating. The room was relatively clean and served its purpose but was nothing spectacular at all. Given the choice, I wouldn't stay here again.

First time in Jacksonville. Wrong choice of hotel to stay in. The room was dirty. It looked like someone took a dirty mop and spread dirty hair around the bathroom floor. Plus at booking we asked for a joining room they did not put us in one. So we were separated from the other half of our party.

My room was very clean and nice. There was ample area for my two dogs to be in the room and to walk them around the pond at the hotel. Cracker Barrel to walk to for food and conveniently located to gas stations etc. I will book this hotel again

Many times it is difficult to judge an establishment with only one stay, but rwo nights under my belt I can say the hotel and staff are doing a good job. I love the free no password needed internet. The lobby internet is very slow. Guest room internet very fast.

location good. amenities good. pool area and seating around are very pretty. complimentary breakfast in the morning is sub par for sure- weak coffee, no eggs. packaged sweet rolls. stale bagels and bread for toasting, canned fruit cup? How much could it cost to do a little better? also be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel so yappy dogs at 7 AM are the norm- but not as annoying as their obnoxious owners who are yelling at them. All in all price is right if all you want is a good nights sleep. It was what I wanted but not sure I would book there again- lots of hotels in Jacksonville to choose from after all.

The room was nice and was clean, which is important, but the walls were so thin. We would wake up all night long as folks would go in and out of their rooms and their doors would slam. We could hear the folks in the room right beside us all night. Other than that, everything was good.

Hotel is not to bad. Rooms could be cleaner but nothing to horrible.

Travelling from UK so to me the room was huge and perfect facilities

My best friend and I stayed here for a concert at Everbank feild. We picked it for where it was, looked clean and had breakfast. Well the breakfast was a toast and some fruit. We walked to breakfast. In our room there wore socks in the drawers that wore not ours. Hair on the bathroom floor. One of the beds had something staind on the top sheet. Only person that spoke English was the lady at the front desk. The rooms wore loud, you would hear everything in the halls. The bed wore comfy tho.

Very typical for a La Quinta which is a good thing. They are pet friendly, close to i95, and also close to gas, restaurants and facilities.

Excellent. Good breakfast. Easy access to Bowl game activities. Thank you for allowing pets. We didnt have dog and cat on this trip, but travel with them often. Its nice to know wbere we are accepted in advance.

Hotel was in process of renovation and pleasant staff made the best of the disruption. Good location. Clean room and average breakfast typical of a 2 star hotel

Overall experience was fine for the money except for the extraordinary number of dogs in the hotel. Subsequently, people were opening and closing doors all hours of the night and day. Very distracting and noisy to say the least. I don't know if all othese hotels have become la kennel's, if so, it would be good to know as I am not dog feces picker upper! I prefer to have grandchildren rather than to anthropormorphise animals. To each his own, but I don't have my life on a leash.

Clean rooms, very comfy beds, and clean bathroom. My wife and I were very happy with this place.

I needed a place to stay for one night near downtown so this was a pretty good choice. Good location close to I-95 (about 7 miles to downtown) and near a bunch of restaurants. Staff was friendly enough and the whole process was hassle free. The room and furninshing definately showed some signs of age but was clean otherwise. I mean, for 60 bucks, what do you expect? I probably wouldn't stay for very long or with my family, but for a pass-thru stay, it was a good deal.
