It is what it is. If you need an inexpensive place near the airport, this works. The mattresses and TVs and decor are dated, but those were not my priorities. That manager was very helpful. It is in a quiet area but it is conveniently located.

We didn't have any issues with crime, or anything like that. However, they're extremely tiny, outdated, and low-quality rooms. Ours also smelled sort of funny. Not horrible, and it's fine as a last resort, however, there was a nicer looking motel/inn right nextdoor, and one across the street for the exact same price(perhaps even a few dollars cheaper).

Great place to stay for overnight. Not a long term hotel!

I was looking for a cheap motel for one nights stay and this one had the best reviews out of about eight motels for the price of $45. It was right off I-95 and right in the middle of town. It was very clean and had nice landscaping. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was great.

great value, they used to have a microwave in the lobby, do not now. the girl who checked me in did not do the door key properly and argued when I asked her and with a bad attitude said it is room 155 as if I could not see it on the envelope or tell the large 155 on the door. clean, good hot water, very good value.

I booked here because it was an extremely low price, but I trusted the Motel 6 brand. It is an older facility, and in an odd location, but it emy needs well, the staff was excellent, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel was ok.. Broken glass all over outside our room and our friends room. they had a two year old and weren't happy with their room at all. they ended up leaving. the room was way outdated.. beadspread had motel 6 all over it.. come on!!. probably wont be going back and wouldn't recommend it to.....anyone!!

You get pretty much what you pay for. The room was adequate; had HBO; bed was clean; but the sink leaked onto the floor, and my bed clothes smelled a little musty after unpacking. Nice shower. Convenient location -- near places to eat and near to I-95 access and JAX. Worked for me.

Very comfortable and I had a good night sleep!! Staff was nice.

Not very clean but you get what you pay for. Be careful they will try to charge you a 5.00 fee if you have more than one in your party even though you book a room for 2 persons.

this place did not even have a clock in the room. it smelled so bad that upon entering the room my wife threw up several times over the one night stay. house keeping sucked as well, would not use this as a cheap place to lay your head for a night but for a cheap date with a stranger

i called and reserved a room for a queen sides bed and i got a full sides bed insead

The overview of this motel stated newly renovated but I do not feel that was true. The room was in poor shape. Actually the shower was the only new thing in the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I felt it was not clean.

Like with anything else in life, you pay for what you get. The Motel 6 near the Jacksonville Airport is no exception to this rule. The room was in shambles and the toilet was broken. Maintenance came and repaired but it wasn't repaired. The outside of the hotel is unspeakable, and there are noticeably illegal activities happening in the immediate vecinity. Staff, for the most part, is friendly, but not very helpful... Needless to say it was a shady experience, but like I said before you pay for what you get. This place is good if you are rowdy college kids, but awful for families...proceed with caution.

This motel six has a LOT of room for improvement. The hotel is not maintained well and ofcourse the nieghbourhood was not friendly at all. I hope the hotel takes steps to upgrade its premises so that future guests are not as dis-satisfied as I am.
