Everything was just fine..............sorry no dislikes

The bed was dirty the sheets have holes in them a very bad place to stay I did not stay at all I went to another hotel the same night I was disappointed n o r b i t z for letting me or even booking a room like this or place my two days of competition because of this was very bad I'm not very happy at all

Good value. Quiet. Good TV. Negatives were bad towels and too much light outside but overall I was very happy for the price.

Reasonably clean cheap hotel that was quiet, safe, and about average for a Knights Inn.

Only problem was the musty smell. Friendly helpful staff. No problems. Good price. Will definitely stay again.

I booked a room for 12/11/2017, but when I arrived at approximately 3am on 12/11/2017 the attendant informed me that the check in time was not until 2pm, and that I would have to pay $51.00 if I wanted to check into the room sooner. I told her that I was not aware of this, and that I was extremely tired. I ended up paying the $51.00 dollars after the attendant stated that there was absolutely nothing that she could do for me. I then checked into the room which was freezing. The heat did not work so the attendant moved me to another room which also was freezing. However, I turned on the heat, and then fell asleep. A few hours later I woke up and noticed that I could see the outside because the door was not a perfect fit for the motel room. The cold air came in through the side and the top of the door (pictures were taken). Later, when I decided to eat the roaches then attempted to eat with me (pictures were taken). I complained to the assistant manager, but he stated he could not refund any of the money that I had paid. However, he did state that he would have the door fixed, and the roaches taken care of. However, when I returned to the room nothing had been changed. The next day I checked out, but I attempted to eat again before checking out, but the roaches attempted to eat with me again as well. Please assist me with getting some amount of refund. I will never do business with this company ever again.

This hotel is not worth the little money you spend on staying here. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and the room had a very unpleasant smell. As I was checking in I watched the front desk staff answer the phone and was extremely rude to the customer and even hung up on them. Definitely would not recommend.

Floors were noisy and bumpy. Front desk staff was extremely rude. Room was STINK. And when I arrived all of the room doors were wide open. Mattresses were hard and sheets were itchy. Phone didn't work. Lights were dimmed which made the room dark. Outdated rooms and TV. There are other rooms right next door or across the street that are actually cheaper and are so much better than this piece of trash hotel.

I recently sorry an overnight trip for work training to Jacksonville. When I arrived for check in, it took over fifteen minutes. I was the only customer in the lobby. I was told that they did not have the room I booked on Orbitz, a king bed smoke free room. I showed my Orbitz receipt which had that reserved. There was also a $10 descrepancy between what Orbitz charged and the room receipt. I was told a could not have a copy. Clerk told me " oh we don't go by that." I left my things in the room and went back to my training. After returning at 9 pm at night, I returned to the room. TV did not work. I went to grab the phone to call the Front Desk and found the phone had no cord. I drove to the Front Desk and some with the manager. I asked for room with a working television and working phone. I was told I could have a working TV but that most of the rooms didn't have any working phones. How can you have a hotel with no working phones???? Especially since there are ads for room service the rooms. The clerk acted very put out that I would ask for working TV and phone. New room had a strong odor of smoke and garbage remaining in the garbage can. The "working" TV was an old standard TV, 29 inches, which had blurry picture the ten channels it received. I will never book here again and reported to Orbitz that a hotel that doesn't even provide basic necessities should not be offered on the web site. Stay far far away!!!!!
