Absolutely loved the place, perfect for children with vacation mindset, the toys and pack n play along with the small beds were very useful for us. The baby gate as well, all of it was used. Also the baskets in the bathrooms with loofas and miscellaneous items was very nice. Kids loved the popcorn machine and us adults too. The spacious living room was perfect for the kids to play and watch tv when we were home. The gym wasn’t any use to us. Our ONLY complaint, the TOWELS! The black towels leave a LOT of fuzz stuck on the body, it was just annoying. Our only recommendation would be high quality towels. Other than that we loved the place and hope to stay in the future

A place that felt like home

The property was great, you walk in and are just in awe of how beautiful it is. I ofcourse arrived before everyone else and was able to just relax and enjoy the quiet and get things ready for everyone else. It was a very comfortable place to meet and see my family since I hadn't seen them in several months due to my job and just enjoy our time worry free. Thank you Dan!

Absolutely love everything!

Dan really put a lot of thought into this property. I book this stay for myself and some college friends. When we arrived I saw that this home was children friendly (of all ages), pet friendly, and of course friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and close to everything. I really enjoyed this stay. We will definitely be back with the kids.

Overall we had a great experienced and we appreciated the hosts being accommodating to children. The only thing that was a small issue was the floors were a little dirty but that wasn’t a major deal. We did appreciate the gift basket/toiletries basket. Would recommend other friends to stay here though. Wonderful house.

Luxurious home away from home

This home is luxurious with everything you need for a long-term or short term stay. We were impressed with the quality of the items of provided. Everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one was provided. They left a welcome basket in the kitchen and bathroom that was very impressive. The kitchen offered us everything we needed to prepare a nice meal, there is even a large air fryer and a crockpot. There was laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board for use in the laundry. The gym was well laid out with a TV. All the bedrooms were decorated and provided charging cords for phones or iPads. These were used during our stay, as we forgot ours. I will definitely be coming back to this home the next time we visit Jacksonville. Just knowing that they thought of everything to ensure our stay was fantastic, means everything to us. I'm sure there are others out there, but this home delivers perfection.
