Well this place is horrible. They have a champagne bar that plays loud music all night long and to top that there is screaming guests who must think it’s hilarious to bang on people’s doors and windows at 4am, and when you complain to the front desk they tell you that the champagne bar is part of the hotel and they can’t do anything about it and that the guests who want to scream all night and bang on your windows are not their problem either. This place is horrible. DONT STAY HERE

The room was great. It was very quiet which I needed. From the front desk to the maids, I experienced a very caring, professional and helpful staff. I stayed several weeks. Great service was consistent, no matter what shift I needed something. I was pleasantly surprised. I will return when I am in the area.

I stayed here on two different nights in one week (Thursday night and Saturday night). I chose this place because it was really cheap and I just really needed somewhere to sleep. The room was a little weird, I admit. Carpet could use some cleaning and the bathroom needed some update. But I slept comfortable on the bed! Pillows were small, but I requested for some more and it made my sleep 10 x's better! What really made my stay great was Mrs. Connie from front desk!! She was so kind and caring. She really listened to what I wanted and did her best to grant me my request. She is amazing and I will never forget her!

The people at this hotel care about their clients. I agree it needs repairs and renovations. However, when the A/C malfunctioned in the middle of the night, we were given two keys to two rooms to select which to stay in for the night. We had a reservation for 3 nights. This was an additional night. The next morning, we were upgraded to a suite. When we informed them the fridge didn't work, it was replaced, not just fixed. The pool area was clean. Safety of those in the building was out first. Doors were not left propped open. I want to especially thank Ashley for her extraordinary customer service. She went above and beyond her job description.

I BOOKED 6 ROOMS AT THIS PROPERTY Sadly this property needs a lot of TLC it’s rather run down but the rooms were clean. There were 2 ladies here Connie & Ashley who were WONDERFUL Both couldn’t do enough for our group These ladies showed great professionalism and made a professional appearance Ashley especially went beyond what anyone could have expected even baking cookies and letting us know when they were coming out of the oven She was a ray of sunshine and treated ALL guest accordingly Now the BAD!! There were several other front desk clerks we encountered and the professionalism was rather poor and their appearance looked as if they just came out of the dryer wrinkles and all One woman who was there in the AM hours has such a sour attitude and look on her face that you hated to ask her anything much less say hello The breakfast was SO bad that McDonalds across the street was the place to go The half-half for coffee was bad and poured like cottage cheese Several of us told the front desk person and oddly enough day 2 the cream was still bad There was NO air conditioning in the lobby & breakfast area Several of our group had to have rooms changes because the A/C did Not work We were on the 3rd floor and in from of th vending machines & elevator water was dripping from the ceiling onto the floor making the floor very slippery We told the front desk every day and still the day we left nothing was done The WORST was after coming home we called for the property manager as we wanted to compliment Connie and especially Ashley for being so wonderful and kind The not so nice lady answered the phone when I called and said Eddie Negron Manager was walking around the property so what do you want? I left my name & number and he did not call So I called again the following day and this time the not so friendly woman told me after putting me on hold for a while “He too busy to talk to you!!” So that mad me made and I called Choice Customer Relations waited for over 30 minutes to speak to someone and told them the good then the bad Especially about Eddie Negron saying he was too bust to talk to me and the not so nice woman In total we had 10 rooms here on 2 reservations I think the professionalism that was extended by Mr. Negron was horrible but I suppose the Owners of this property find it to be acceptable Sad very SAD

The rooms have been somewhat updated however the hotel is not up to my normal standards. You get what you pay for. The hotel is not in the best part of town. Room smelled like mildew. Party was going on down stairs that was a lot of young ppl.

The girl we encounter at the front desk was excellent. Went above customers service. We arrived at 1230 a.m.had a problem with the air conditioner. She quickly moved us to another room and brought the keys to us. We didn't have to go back to the front desk for them.

The extremely affordable room was clean, flat screen TV with lots of channels, free continental breakfast (toast, mini mufffins, bagels, waffles, coffee). Staff very polite and kind. The hotel -- multiple stories with outside room entrances -- is definitely showing age, though again all was clean. Towels were thin, The down side was the cast of characters. Drunken guests, panhandler outside, woman seeking ride in parking lot who seemed under the influence, and folks getting high on the side of the parking lot. I'd stay again at this price, but I wouldn't stay there with my wife.

Wanted to get away and decided to make reservations at the last minute. Econo Lodge was one of the few that had available rooms. Our room was clean, a little out dated but have done renovations to the hotel. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival the Mgr on duty couldn't find our reservation. He did, however, give us the discounted rate. When we went to our room it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest checked out. We were given another room that was as expected. The room was clean but the toilet paper roll was on the back of the toilet and the toilet wobbled like it wasn't bolted to the ground. You should expect more than received for the price.
