Worst experience ever. Staff was rude and racist. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the poorest people in the world

I stayed one night, about 12 hours. I checked out DAYS early due to a flea in my bed!

I Was told by the night staff working on October 9th 2016 that I would be refunded for a computer error that booked my needed night 3 weeks later than I needed it and Was Never refunded my money even after asking her when it would show up in my account, I was told 2-3 business days. Everytime I tried calling the phone number, no One would answer and cannot leave a voicemail. Very upset and unsatisfied with this business, especially when I was told I was refunded for a night i already paid for and then was charged again for the night I stayed. I would recommend literally walking across the street and going to that hotel over this ripoff.

Seedy place. Older, located in a warehouse district, breakfast was not as nice as most, bad smells/masked by an overwhelming glade plug-in, bugs in the floor. Left you with an uneasy feeling all around. We had to stay here longer and found another place!

We were traveling with our dog and were placed in a designated pet room. It was fit for pets but not humans. It seems as though there was a flood in the room at one time as it smelled of mold and mildew. Also, the bathroom door was swollen and did not close. The floor was filthy and had not likely been mopped in years. My feet turned black after walking across the room from getting out of the shower. The bed spread had stains on it. Furniture and the TV remote control was chewed up from prior pets. Coat rack had previously been broken and was partially hanging off the wall. If you have a poor sense of smell and don't need bathroom privacy or then this would be an OK place to stay.

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year. This one ranks in my top 5 as the worst. 1 hour to check in, no hot water in the morning, room was dirty, bed was not comfortable, just a big Zero. For a $100 a night, more like 19.99

It was pretty good. I definitely recommend it. The location wasn't the best but it was good to be near i-95 where we needed to take the quickest way to our destination. Thank you

Jacksonville is a huge city by area. The hotel is convenient to I-95 and Phillips Hwy. There are plenty of restaurants and stores directly across the street. The daily breakfast is great. Coffee and tea in the room was a nice suprise. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

Whenwe walked into the room, it was hot and smelled musty. The room was clean but the carpets were stained. The bathroom needed rmodeled. The walls and ceiling were cracked, the tile was had mold stains. The staff was great. The expeirence was ok for one night.

THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT,WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR HELPFUL, HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY DISPLEASING TO ME AND THE MANAGER WAS NOT ON DUTY TO ACCOMADATE MY COMPLAINTS. NOR WAS HE AVAILABLE FOR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT AFTER I LEFT. I MADE A COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS TO REACH HIM AFTER MY STAY AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM.I HAD RESORTED TO CALLING THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LINE.
