Motel really nice outside and lobby .Rooms little old but clean . Small pool

The staff was great. The hotel is aged, but clean. Not to bad for the price.

Wasn't as clean as I like other people's hair all over the room big hair balls. Mold in bathroom shower stains on the carpet.

Staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. Rooms are clean and area is nice and safe.

we stayed here for six days and did a lot of exploring. Took a walking tour of downtown which was very interesting and then a bicycle tour of the Riverside/Avondale neighborhood which was excellent. Also took in the Budweiser Brewery Tour and Mandarin Park area.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and the employees were associable and caring.

When got to my room 207 the whole second floor reaked of marijuana. I had my kids with me so it made it feel like not a safe place

More options in the breakfast like yogurt and juice will be better. Clean hotel. Please make sure the key to the room works the first time so one is note given another eoom because first key does not work. Overall, great experience

Very comfortable stay in Jacksonville. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Close to various places to eat as well as interstate and highway for quick access for sightseeing. Definitely will be back

Great hotel for the price. Front desk was friendly. We were able to check-in and check-out without a single issue.

My room smelled so bad. There were also black hairs on the "clean" towels. The ones in the bathroom and outside of the bathroom on the sink to wash my hands. The smell of the room really got me and thank God I had perfume spray to spray everything I walked in. I wouldn't even lay on their sheets in fear and found blankets and beach towels in my car. I didn't say anything out for fear of what they would do to the new items they would be bringing to me.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Awesome value and location

It was pretty good stay, just with walls were a lot thicker to reduce noise that's all

Outstanding front desk staff (Erica is top notch), nice manager, and housekeeping staff. All very responsive and accommodating. The room was clean - a little dated in terms of decor - but fine for a good night's sleep in a clean place. I am sure they are aware it needs to be updated, but it certainly did not impact the quality of our stay. Great location, shuttle to Everbank Field is a short walk away. They were amazing at checking us in a little early (so we could put our stuff away before the game) and making sure we had what we needed. The lower scoring reviews don't do this place justice. It is no Ritz Carlton, but it is definitely a decent little place to stay for a great price. Beds were comfortable, slept like a rock.

Hotel well located and easy to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable EXCEPT the A/C worked poorly and the room got very uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Room got very warm because A/C simply quit cooling and woke up at 2 AM because room was hot. All other things were above average and would stay here again but would make sure the A/C unit worked as soon as I checked in so I could have a comfortable night. A/C units do stop working so not going to knock hotel too badly because I am sure they fixed after I pointed it out the next morning.

Bathroom was open from sleeping quarters - small area for hanging clothes - breakfast was good - lady on duty very gracious - very personable- person on duty at front desk - ?? Kevin - so accommodating with ??? S restaurants- malls- good nuclear person when come in

This hotel is seriously outdated. My sheets were dirty, the shower handle felt as if it would break off, the carpet was sticky and was very noisey. Room listed it was a few miles from my destination but ended up being 30 minutes away. The staff was very nice though.

the hotel is in need of a total facelift. The room was clean and comfortable. Don't expect the Hilton by any means.

The floors are split between smoking and none smoking so there is always a smell of cigarettes or what they use to try to cover up the smell. There are no eggs for breakfast. There were picked off carpet missing in our room and one of the chairs was very dirty. One our last night, I got the chance to kill something crawling on the walls. The staff was very nice though and you can walk to a few restaurants.

The hotel smelt like pot the whole time I was there. Loud noise all of Friday night until 6am Saturday morning.
