No pillows for pull out sofa. 2 towels for a suite, had to carry luggage up stairs, no air in the halls

There were bugs, no clean towels, over flowing toilets, no one cleaned our room!! Shower heads wouldn't work, they messed up on our reservations. I will never stay here again!!

When I arrived, the staff acted as if I was taking up their afternoon break. They gave me a room and key card, I when to to room, I found the door open and the room was dirty. I returned to ask for another room which, they did. The staff member checked and told me this room was clean. I noticed an exit door next to my room, I went to open it, to tell my husband something and I realized it was locked. This was a concern to me, that if there was fire, would I be able to get out? At that point I decided I didn't want to stay at this hotel. I returned to the desk, no one was at the desk, of course. I placed the card key on the desk and left to find another place to stay.

It was perfect for a one night stay. I had no issues at all with it.

My stay at this hotel was less than good, not awful. The floor in the bath room was slimy and the room smelled very musty upon entry. The breakfast lacked simple things like milk for the dry cereal and bowls for the cereal. I will not stay here again.

We got what we paid for. This was just a place to sleep for us on our road trip from FL to WI.

You get what you pay for, but with limited choices in Brandon, this may be the only option you have

Personnel was friendly, Room very nice and close to the Interstate. Would stay there again.

It was a good hotel; yet, the housekeepers don't speak English!! It took me five minutes to explain an iron. I signed a no smoking contract; yet, when I later returned to the hotel, other guests were outside the hotel SMOKING! The lady owner was really nice. The receptionist at night stayed on her phone and was alway outside. Guests were hanging out around the hotel at night. That's not a great way to come back to a hotel and questionable looking guests are hanging out. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Other than that, the rooms were pretty nice and it was quiet.

I'm originally from this area. And, when I go home I stay here a lot. I like it a lot, and since they've done some renovations, even better.

The best red roof inn i've ever stayed in on my MD trips.

Cons: The room smelt lk cat urine, there was something that looked lk buggers hanging from the ceiling, there was construction (a mexican man doing work in the foyer), parking lot atrocious with major pot holes, Sign has a light out in one or more of the letters, & the back security door does not lock n open with key but says open & is a serious security issue. Pro's: Cheap. Electricity works & water runs. Fee wifi. Bed sheets Looked clean altho walls, carpet & everything else were stained with washable or paintable funk. That's it. Def. for construction workers n that's it. Don't take grandma. Moral: If you don't mind buggers falling on ur head in ur sleep it's a great cheap place to stay.

Hotel was very nice, quiet, clean and a great location. Great price

From the moment we walked in the hotel was wonderful. The Stafff were all helpful and very nice. I was pleased with the fact that this is a very quiet hotel. The beds were very comfortable and were good to sleep on.

There was no elevator and the hallways were VERY hot!!!! Pillows were very thin and flimsy!! Found dead roaches throughout the room. Parking lot was very trashy. The pool was dirty and the lawn chairs were so full of spider webs u couldn't sit in them!!! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Hotel was easy to find and just off the interstate. A Waffle House is walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The WiFi worked well. I would stay again!

Room was OK, nothing special. good room for rate. no elevator. no breakfast.

The hotel was very easy to find. The staff were top notch and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I don't think we could have found anything better for the price. If we come back to Brandon, MS we will stay here again.

We showed up late after riding 2 1/2 hours in the rain 12:00am and we were greeted with a friendly smile. Thanks!

Was much nicer than I expected, excellent location for our reason for being in Brandon. Was quiet, clean and great price. Just wish they had some kind of breakfast. Overall would definitely stay there again if we were in town.
