The stay was good. Staff wasnt too pleasant
The gentleman at the front desk was not welcoming and was very stand offish. We did not feel welcomed. I opted for the queen suite, and our first room was terrible. The bathtub was peeling and broken, the toilet seat was chipped and broken and the kitchenette had a dead roach on the counter. I called the front desk and the gentleman picked up the phone and immediately hung up before I could say anything, twice. I finally spoke to him and he gave us a different room. This room was better but still bad. It's a smoke free hotel, but the room smelled of smoke, it was dirty, there was a band aid on the wall, holes in the ceiling and the floor. When I called again he said he'd give us another room but wouldn't guarantee that it would be better.
Upon check in we were given a room that had been stayed in and hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk person moved us to another room. The establishment needs to be updated and not as clean as it should be.

The place was FILTHY! We notified them the room was dirty so they moved us to another room. It wasn't any better. Carpets hadn't been vacuumed and were full of stains, sheets and towels had yellow stains, hair in the sink and bathtub, toilets hadn't been cleaned, tables had food all over them. They told us the maid was gone for the night so we bought cleaning supplies at Walmart and cleaned it ourselves. The common areas in the rest of the hotel were also dirty. The place is dated and run down. There was noise and drama from guests until 4:00 in the morning that kept us from sleeping. Overall, a terrible experience! DO NOT STAY HERE!
They are in the midst of a renovation. The breakfast was sub par but to be fair the area where breakfast is normally served is torn up with the remodel.

This facility has bedbugs!! Linens are filthy! I was taken to another room which had more soiled linen. The room has a hole in the bathroom door! The ceiling has water marks and the carpet is soiled! I would NEVER return to this facility again.
We didn't have the best experience. We checked in late at night and were given a room with a TV from the 90s and the room was very outdated. When walking down the hallway the doors were dented and scratched and paint was on the carpet. We were so exhausted but my husband fought to get us a better room. They took us next door with a more updated TV but that was it. The employee assured us they were renovating (which they were) and apologized. We were going to use the pull out because the couch was brand new. There were dirty underwear in the cushions. As this point we just needed sleep so we could go on our way and slept on top of the covers. The door didn't have the chain lock and we felt very uncomfortable with that. The breakfast wasn't good but they did have something to offer. The pool was closed. It definitely could have been worse but it definitely could have been better. Had it not been so late we would have left. They are renovating so once that's complete I believe there is potential to improve some of these areas.

The hotel was very nice but I left the maid service thing on my door 3 times and they only came into the room one morning when I was nursing a hang over
The pool was murky and there's no jumping in allowed because water will get outside the pool. Manager/ owner (??) is not very customer friendly. My bath and body lotion disappeared from my room. We won't be staying here again.
The high value hotel on hard times vibe felt a touch "murdery" at times or that a Wes Anderson character was going to be filling up ice on the 4th floor but the staff were more than friendly, the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. Odd switch and outlet placement and outdated appliances were a turn off but it was an overnight on a cross country jaunt and my companion and I couldn't have enjoyed a more adequate stay. B-
