I would definitely stay again. The pet fee is affordable. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. All the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

I rented three rooms for me and my family. When we checked in the lady at the desk was very pleasant. She gave me the room keys and we head to our rooms. Upon entering two out the three rooms had hair on the sheets and hair all over the toilets. They moved us out of one room and into another that one also had a dirty bathroom. I finally just asked them to clean the bathrooms and to change the linens because moving again would have put us all on different floors. Also, I had my four year old with me and he was so excited to go swimming after 8 hours in the car. However, the pool was horrible I didn’t let him swim it made for a stressful night all things considered.
Room was clean and comfy. Front staff was terrible. Breakfast was under average.
We needed a place to stay, just south of Jackson. We had driven all day and were exhausted. My Mom is 90 years old and traveling with me. We both had a very restful night's sleep. The hotel is brand new and everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast was great, much nicer than just a bagel and coffee. The only negative was the road out front. They are widening to 4 lane and have construction all along the road in front. We actually passed the hotel because it was nighttime and I didn't see the entrance until it was too late. I think this will be just fine once the road is completed.
Only needed a one-night's stay, but it was so nice! The bed was so comfortable and felt clean. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable. Eating area seemed spotless. Although the eggs looked fake, but it's okay, I had a waffle instead. =) Will definitely book same place for future stays and recommend. Breakfast was great!
Another family was given keys to our room , while we were in it and sleeping at 1145 pm. Not good, the basic expectation of a hotel is privacy and security, and both were not provided by this hotel, and all we got in return was Oops, we must have booked two people in that room
