Was hard to check in when arriving. Also system was running a backup or something so check in was delayed. Then the door didn’t shut the whole way and cold air could come in all along edge of door.

I liked that they had an elevator and that the room was really nice.
Some light fixtures not working properly. Other than that the room was nice and comfortable with all the necessities needed.
The lobby was closed although I arrived at night, but still during check in time. Nobody was around, and I waited 1h for someone to showed up. I called the hotel number ext 0 and 4 (lobby), but obviously nobody answered. I payed for my reservation, but nobody was there to give me the keys. Another woman was outside too trying to get a hold of someone at the hotel. Horrible service.
It needed a good cleaning. The bathroom floor was sticky.
The property is dirty , trash outside rooms and parking lot ! The staff isn’t helpful . The first room they gave me had dead bugs on the floor , hair in the shower , stains on the bed , no blankets , no towels , no pillows , dust all over the furniture. The room wasn’t sanitary or fit for anyone to stay in . One night of my stay I got back to the hotel late my card wouldn’t work for the room and office was closed ! I stood outside calling the number listed for over and hour couldn’t get anyone on the phone and ended up sleeping in my vehicle. It was terrible !!!!! I demanded a refund and have yet to receive
It was ok room should had been cleaned better you can tell nobody vacuumed under the bed or chair for a long time
Hotel staff was once again very kind and engaging during check in. Hassle free stay. My room was very clean.
Not the prettiest of hotels from the outside, but rooms are clean, water is hot, and beds are comfy.
Not great..but not bad for location..only needed for 1 day..good location..good place to get rest..
For a start Orbitz booked me into the wrong hotel. I wanted the one on Beazley Drive where I'd stayed before. Not a bad hotel. Too late to change reservation. This place smwlls and is not worth $66 a night. Never again. And I'm ticked off at Orbitz as well

I booked a hotel through orbitz. Upon check in we found no booking. The clerk was able to give me a room and was very nice about it.
About 30 bed bug bites appeared within 18 hours of staying at the hotel. Contacted the hotel and corporate office, still no response to date.
