About 30 bed bug bites appeared within 18 hours of staying at the hotel. Contacted the hotel and corporate office, still no response to date.

REFRIGERATOR LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN SPRAY PAINTED AND HAD TO KILL BUGS UPON ARRIVAL. THE BED SHEETS WERE DINGY. I WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. ROOM WAS ORIGINALLY BOOKED 2 NIGHTS BUT LEFT AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT. PREVIOUS STAYS AT OTHER EXTENDED STAY HOTELS WERE GREAT HOWEVER THIS STAY LEFT ME RETHINKING THE FRANCHISE.

This hotel met most of my needs, being close to my school and within 5-10 minutes of any restaurant you'd prefer. A Whole Foods store is within 5 minutes. Has full-size refrigerator and stove. Employees are very nice, as well.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I also enjoyed the kitchenette and full size refrigerator.

My stay was pretty decent. The only problem I faced was that there weee no dishes or utensils available. They had all been checked out. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

I was in Jackson for the Mississippi Blues marathon and wanted affordable, clean lodging and I got it. While the major selling point was accommodations for an extended stay, I just needed a clean place to sleep and I got that and friendly staff to boot. The property in located in North Jackson and unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance, there is a IHOP and Chili's within 1/2 mile. It is just off Route 55 so if you have a vehicle you can get around easily. The room was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was very well laid out with a small island counter.

Water dripped in tub all night. 2 light fixtures did not work.

It is exactly as I expected. Safe, well lit. Room was fine. Kitchen clean. Bathroom clean. No issues. If you plan on cooking be sure to request the pans, dishes, cups and flatware.

I decided to stay at the last minute. Great rate, friendly staff, and good location

nothing spectacular. Just a nice room. But they had NO ICE. Big, big problem.

Room was clean, staff was peasant. Kitchen faucet dripped all night, but otherwise it was a good experience. Only real inconvenience was that there was no ice machine - there are ice trays in the frig freezer, meaning either you use tap water, or buy water to fill them.

This was not a great experience at all. The hotel was old, and lacks appeal. I saw a bug in the bed in the morning. I would not ever go back to this hotel.

This hotel provide all of the needed accommodations for my business travel with great access to surrounding areas.

Good location and great front desk staff. No fitness room. My room looked like it was not fully cleaned, crumbs all over the place and an old plastic bag in the middle of the Living Room floor. No coffee with the machine, I had to go to the front desk and get more. One roll of TP with no backup, again had to get some from front office. The staff helped make the stay more pleasant but I was disappointed with the room. Not up to the Extended Stay standards I have seen throughout the U.S. Still a good, safe place to stay if you have business int eh Jackson area. Close to many restaurants, a Kroger and a Target.

Very nice. Very quiet. Worth the price. I slept all day and was not interrupted by any loud noises or talking.

Overall the place was worth the money. It was a little noisy upstairs and outside the door. The room had a dripping faucet in the kitchen area. The staff was great! Not a bad stay at all .

Nice stay in convenient location for business travel. Clean, quiet and comfort at this location.

Neat an clean would stay there again mall an eating area are very close

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel needs some TLC and updating, but the room was basically clean, good TV, bedding was in good condition. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the State Capitol, Governor's Mansion, etc, and it was easy to get to. It was great having the kitchenette so we didn't have to eat out all meals. I would only recommend this hotel to people I know who are not ultra fussy.

I stayed at this hotel following surgery, so we spent most of the time in the hotel room. I noted several places in the bathroom that obviously had not been cleaned. There was a dark (e.g. coffee) ring on the ledge of bathtub that was easily removed with a dry paper towel. There was hair on the toilet and in the sink. The counter had dust on it. I was not bothered by the noise which is loud at times (being by the interstate), but a light sleeper might consider another choice. I was also very disappointed in the TV quality and selection or should I say lack of selection of channels.
