Check in and found dirty towels on the floor behind the door. The door latch is broken. I had other guest. Some room didn't have towels, medew smell, hair in the tub.

My family had to move 3 times and I had 4 rooms.the ac didn't work in 2rooms and one was dirty when we chk in the bath and towels.very disappointing. I been stayin there for yrs .i need a refund

Wrongly charged. There is no evidence that hotel has fixed it yet. My requests to speak with a manager or supervisor were refused. Customer service for hotel chain basically referred me to the hotel GM; however, they could not provide a phone number other than the property front desk (see above, no manager available via that phone number). Ten-plus days later and I am still awaiting the hotel to refund the improper charge. We had stayed at Baymont in the past and had had excellent experiences. This one was different: Not nice.

I booked our room earlier in the week. We were going to be in town for a competition over the weekend. Some of my daughter's friends booked the same hotel because they wanted to stay where we did. We booked a double and based on the pictures on the internet on Orbitz we thought the place would be pretty nice. When we got there to check in the desk clerk informed us they had no more doubles. When we informed him that's what we had to have and that's what we booked he apologized, but said he didn't have any more. When we asked how they gave away our room, that we booked earlier in the week, he had no answer. We already knew that the above mentioned friends had a nice clean double, even though they booked after we did. (They did check into the hotel before we did). He finally, after several minutes, and us asking him to find us another hotel, offered to give us a King suite, with a sofa bed, for the same price. We agreed to this offer. This room did have a comfortable bed and the shower was nice. Other than that, nothing like what was advertised. The floor was dirty, and even had a rubber strip separating the carpet and tile that had come loose and was sticking up from the floor, causing a tripping hazard. The coffee table had a broken leg. The buttons on the tv did not work. Even though there were no smoking signs everywhere, there was an obvious smoke smell in several places around the hotel and we could even smell marijuana as we stepped off the elevator on our floor.

Makeup stains on the fitted sheet of the "freshly made" bed- had to get sheets changed. Mold and mildew on the outside of the shower near the floor where water dripped. The mattress itself was hard and cheap. Even the pillows were lumpy and also cheap. Stains on every inch of the carpet. The auto feature didn't work on the ac so we froze and woke up with sinus issues the next morning. The blinds didn't shut properly, thus letting the light from the cars in the parking lot stream in. Only one tiny liner-less trashcan between the bathroom and sleeping room. This hotel is in serious need of renovations and a staff that actually does their jobs!! I will NEVER stay at another Baymont!

Room was in obvious need of a deep clean. There was mold/mildew all in the shower, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling up. We asked for a crib for our 2 year old and we were told that the front desk attendant didn't know how to set one up. We were then given a room without a bathtub during this conversation. The bed was clean but the room faced the interstate. Breakfast was decent, hot waffles were nice.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the various places I was visiting in Jackson. First off, I was given a room on the top floor with ceiling stains that showed water damage in numerous locations. Secondly, my pillow case had dirty spots in a few areas and I had to point that out to the cleaning crew. The hotel receptionist at check-in seemed rather disengaged. She was more interested in texting/chatting on her cellphone than focusing on her guests.

My experience was nice. The staff was very friendly.

The staff at front desk was cool. I had booked for 6 nights. But only could do two nights couldn't take it anymore. Room was subpar. And lady over the breakfast was rude. I checked out and went to courtyard Marriott.

My stay was awesome as always. Excellent customer service and the house keeper greeted me with a smile the next morning and asked if I needed anything even as I was checking out. Love it.

good value for the money. Nice breakfast buffet, staff was courteous, parking appears to be secure, convenient location

The hotel is ok for the price. The room could use a little more cleaning, and the breakfast sucked! But overall it was an ok stay.

Hotel was ok. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast could have been much better.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont Inn. Workers were very nice. Very clean hotel. Would recommend.

Horrible. Rude general manager. She tried to lie and accuse of smoking. She was racist and seemed to take issue that we were an interracial couple.

The staff for the most part were kind except for the General Manager who was dry at the beginning of our stay and then turned to just plain rude by the end of it. They ran out of towels and we had to wait until after 4pm to get cleN ones. The pool closed at sundown so that was another let down.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is a nice hotel. I would expect worse for the price

It was ok and everything was so nice...i was right next to to all the shopping centers .. And all the food places... i had a great time ..

The room was dirty as well as the bathroom. Had to wear socks on the carpet and definitely put towels down on the bathroom floor. The counter had toothpaste on it and there was some kind of sticky substance on the floor. Bathroom was dingy and gross.

No complain. The staffs was wonderful and helpful…
