The high value hotel on hard times vibe felt a touch "murdery" at times or that a Wes Anderson character was going to be filling up ice on the 4th floor but the staff were more than friendly, the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. Odd switch and outlet placement and outdated appliances were a turn off but it was an overnight on a cross country jaunt and my companion and I couldn't have enjoyed a more adequate stay. B-

The price was excellent as well as my stay. Extremely friendly service, very accommodating. One of the he best hotels I have stayed at in this area. Super easy access to the interstate and lots of food options within walking distance. Extremely roomy. The rooms are very large. The lobby is open and airy also. I stop in Jackson on my way to East Tennessee at least every few months. This will be my go to place. I bring my dog with me and they were very accommodating and inexpensive with having a dog.

This hotel is very basic. It is huge but not busy at all, which was nice. We stayed 2 nights, Thursday/Friday. We were told that the bar in the main lobby poems on the weekend but there wasn't anything going on. We did receive a continental breakfast. It's basic but free so no complaints. Waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice. The bathroom walls/ceiling were dirty but everything else was ok. Hot water was hot and plentiful. Hotel staff was very pleasant.

It was a good place to stay and meet with our son and his soon to be wife. There was room enough in our room to have lunch and the lobby was good to sit and talk. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. I was told that the hotel was closing upon check-out. We have stayed at this hotel for years (while our son was in college) so it's sad that they are closing. We'll have to find another but really don't want to.

This was a nice hotel. Not too cheap-not too expensive. The front desk agent (Tasha) was always ready to make sure everything was right. Customer service is very important. Tasha had great skills and alot of patience. Being in the Casey Jones attraction as well as having many choices for dining and shopping was win/win.

Soon as I checked in I found out the toilet did not flush. Apparently the water supply was shut off so I had to turn that on. Bathroom light fixture full of ladybugs that we're getting out flying around.

I would stay here again. I had not planned on staying in Jackson but illness forced me to stop. The staff was great and my room was everything I could have wanted. It is an older property but well maintained.

The indoor pool was out of order and has been for awhile. That was the main reason we chose this hotel and we were not informed ahead of time that iy was closed. The bar was not open the entire weekend. They did have a waffle maker but no plates to put them on. I could have stayed somewhere cheaper and had the same experience.

I enjoyed just getting away from the normal. Everything was great. Relaxing. Only downside is the TV and taped remotes.

Visiting family in Jackson. The hotel was in a great location of entertainment and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, got a great deal. Very happy with our stay.

Choose this hotel because of the amenities since we were staying on News Years Eve. Restraint and lounge both were closed because no one wanted to work. The pools heater was broken. Very disappointed because of these things. The desk clerk on the other hand was very happy to assist in way and cheerful. Would not suggest this hotel.

The people were very friendly & the rooms were super clean! We were there for a trail race and was lucky enough to be able to come back and take a shower before we checked out. I wish we could have gotten something to eat before we left that morning before the race but it wasn't ready yet. I would definition stay here again.

The motel is showing its age; ice machines don't work on some floors, lots of cosmetic defects but, for the money, is was OK. Prob would not stay there again but we weren't miserable. Parking was excellent and location is excellent.

Maybe our first clue should have been the big "for sale" sign on the front lawn. Great bone structure to how this hotel was built , which obviously must be struggling. Front desk staff a bit sullen and could not find our reservation which I had made from the road 3 hours before. Then told us they did not have a nonsmoking room as we had booked on line. Room was fine. Bed was good. The breakfast they served was a real joke. No butter and no cream cream for the toast and bagels they served. When asked for it, I was told they did not serve that! (Say what?) Cereal dispenses did not work at all, and the orange juice was heavily watered down. Front desk person (different person) came running to talk to me at breakfast to say they did not have the reservation; asked how I was going to pay. I explained we had paid on line and gave him the and hotel confirmation number, and he left satisfied. I would not return.

Got to hotel said they had no record of my stay Did not get the room I paid for I will not stay there again

Went to our room turn the TV on for the kids to watch and the TV was out they moved us to another room. Took the kids down to the indoor pool it was so cold they could not swim. Needed to get on road the next morning went down to breakfast at 7:20am and it was not prepared.

First, it's not, repeat not, a Red Roof Inn. It's an "All Suites Inn". Very nice room. Comfortable and clean. Very large room. Great bed, nice pillows and linens. Great accomodations and really good price. Would definitely stay here again. Need to put a guest information book in the room. Also, a TV channel list. Bathroom fan filter hadn't been cleaned or replaced in a long time. Caulk around tub looked like a 6 year old did it.

The hotel is very loud . We heard music blasting all night from a party in the lobby . The fire alarms went off from some one smoking . The hotel employees never tried to quiet anyone down they just let it continue . There were people running up and down the halls and all the tvs in the rooms are severely outdated

Overall good experience. Reasonable price . Close to good restaurants

I stay here whenever I overnight in Jackson. Always satisfied
