I understand this hotel is under construction right now, but for how much they are charging per night it is completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no parking- enough room for maybe 7 cars total. Our room curtains were broken and wouldn't shut so we had to safety pin them together. The walkway isn't maintained at all and had snow and tons of water right at the base of the entry. And they no longer have a free continental breakfast which they are still advertising online. Just some really cheap coffee and tea. I hope after the renovation this place steps it up a notch. We were really disappointed and could have stayed somewhere much nicer for a cheaper price.

The pool was under construction and the website said they had breakfast but upon arrival it was incorrect. The decorations were cute but there was an unexpected resort fee. And to our surprise we were charged the resort fee every day even though we only stayed one night. Also because of the construction parking was very limited. It was in good walking distance of the shops though.

Do not stay here. Under construction. Very noisy. We were downstairs. Sounded like 10 sumo wrestlers upstairs in ski boots jumping up and down on 1/2 inch particle board.

Excellent in every way. Clean with comfortable beds. It was a great choice for ud

Easy walk downtown from this older but well maintained property. We were a little annoyed they couldn't provide extra clothes hangers, so we had to buy our own. Staff was very pleasant and helpful though.

Outdated, overpriced, uncomfortable bed. Writing more would be frivolous.

First time in Jackson, Wy. Hotel is older, but room was clean. Management should become "green" and inform cleaning staff that "clean" towels are Not needed every day.

Place needs to be upgraded especially for the price of charge

The room was in disrepair - the bathroom door knob was coming off, the bed was stained, the blinds didn't close easily or completely, and it smelled bad.

Overall, we had a good stay here, this one isn't as nice as the surrounding hotels (but it's also a lot cheaper), the pool house was awesome but the breakfast was really disappointing, it just had the bare minimum for selection.

I had stayed here before a few years ago and had a good experience, this time room was not up to par, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room, I will say they tried to clean the air that worked for awhile but all in all in it was not a good experience, will not stay here again

Stayed on bottom floor. Could hear people walking, showering and flushing toilets. Room not quiet at all.

Was glad to have access to washer/dryer. The room is a bit expensive, but this seems the norm for Jackson area. The breakfast was very good, a big bowl of assorted and cut fresh fruit being the best item.

good overall for this facility clean handy to rest of town , good breakfast food and friendly staff

The staff checked with us to be sure all was ok with our room. The breakfast was more than adequate. We definitely would stay there again.

Was priced well and located close to everything of interest.

Can't beat the price for a stay in town at Jackson.

A wonderful room with a great view. very clean great view great town

It was my first trip to Yellowstone area, the hotel was conveniently close to airport 30 min ride on shuttle. And right across from the car rental. Couple cafe nearby. Breakfast was on a stingy side, but they have a nice pool and sauna which is good during cold month

Could not be a better location. Good for a long ski stay. Great value. Right in town. If you want to save a few bucks, I would recommend this hotel. No frills but affordable and comfortable.
