Breakfast offerings were sub par- bathroom door did not slide completely shut- nightstand drawer was broken

I was disappointed in our room. They were remodeling the building. The room was very simple and still being fixed up. There was no hair blower put in yet. No pictures on the wall, but we were charged the same high price as usual. I was very disappointed in the room. The breakfast was great. The parking was not that good as we came in after a concert that night. I parked in the one hour parking as there was no place else to park. I asked the desk clerk about it and he referred me to a parking spot back behind the hotel. I did not want to be out walking in the dark to come back to the hotel. He did not let me know that I could stay in the one hour until 7:00 the next morning. l am in my 70's and that information would have helped a great deal instead of telling me to go park it away from the entrance in the back. There should have been a price break because of the remodeling inconvenience.

Room dark, well worn. Patio looks on to a restaurant. Only good thing is location.

Great location! Nice breakfast was included. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again!

The hotel location was beautiful. The staff seemed friendly and we enjoyed the restaurant and Continental breakfast. The rooms needed remodeling with all new furnishings.

Dylan at the front desk took care took care of some unexpected issues very gracefully. I thought the place was fine but my wife wasn't real happy. I would stay there again.

Needs remodeling. Needs new mattresses and pillows.

To start, there is. It enough parking. After a full day of Yellowstone and the Tetons the last thing I wanted to do is drive in circles until someone left, but that's what I had to do. The rooms look like a 70's Days Inn.... I'm not knocking Days Inn. At least they've updated since then. The mattresses felt just as old. Now I understand the area is in high demand but this isn't skiing season and with the price I paid I expected much better. I became more frustrated when I drove to Jackson to see the nicer places there. There's also more to do I. The summer months. In this case I definitely did. It get what I paid for. Lesson learned.

Bed was very comforatable, room was very clean....................

This is an older hotel at the base of Teton village. It is an easy walk to the lifts and restaurants, has ample (outdoor) parking, rooms are a good size and have been updated, beds were comfortable, bathroom older and small but adequate, good closet space, very good breakfast, and outdoor sauna, hot tub and pool. Being an older hotel, prices were more reasonable than some of the newer ones.

Great location, friendly staff and room had kitchenette and sofa. Affordable for Teton Village, good breakfast. Pizza joint downstairs was good. A few cosmetic issues like carpet was frayed/old and faucet in bathroom dripped. Gas fireplace was turned off for the season, despite the fact it was snowing outside. All in all, this is an affordable hotel with great service and I would stay again.

It took a short time to adjust to the location of this lodge. We assumed it was in the center of the town of Jackson. It turned outo be a delightful area of lodges, restaurants, and shops at the bottom of a ski moutain with a runnin tram to the top. Our room at the Inn was perfect in every way. The staff were exceptionally helpful jand well informed with restaurant suggestions, route needs, etc.

Clean, spacious room, very nice staff, PAPER THIN WALLS! Felt safe here (solo female). Good location to Teton Nat Park.

staffs are nice, breakfast is good, but the building is too old

Awful room. Wall air conditioning unit lousy. Door seemed like prison door. Old building. Terrible beds and bedding. Name is deceiving. Not an inn at all. Name is similar to other high end facilities in area. We were totally deceived and we have stayed in the Village many times. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Facility should not be on the Orbitz list.

Everything was good except the sink in bathroom wouldn't drain well and the door that separated us from another room was thin and we could hear our neighbors entire conversation and their radio playing alllll night long!

Hotel is older and needs some face lift items (staining on outside in some places and new chairs at pool), but staff very nice and helpful and rooms are clean.

Hotel is OK. It would be better during ski season

Way overpriced. Expected more for what we paid. Nice pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Outdated rooms...not put together well.

Friendly staff, nice room, and comfortable beds. We had a loft room, but there is no separate a/c upstairs and it was very hot up there while the downstairs was very cold. Would have liked to see more outlets upstairs also. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a good breakfast.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that parking can be a bit tricky sometimes, but there is always and overflow lot within a minute walk down to the hotel. We are currently in the process of remodeling the rooms from top to bottom, so be sure to check back with us to see all the exciting changes taking place based on all the great guest feedback we've received. While Jackson may have more restaurants and shops, many prefer Teton Village because of it's proximity to adventure, not to mention some of its world-class dining with over 20 restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Village is certainly quieter and more relaxed even with all the offerings, which is a plus for many. It may be hard to believe, but with our proximity to the resort and two world-class National Parks, there is no down season around here.
