Loved the pool and had great drinks at the bar. The beds were comfortable. We were in the first floor and could hear people walking above us at night. If I booked again I would get a room with a balcony.

Convenient, great pool And spa, clean with easy parking

Bugs in the bed, found used plastic cups in the room. Terrible hotel for a resort area like Teton. Do not waste your money here. Not even a vending machine on the property. Paper thin walls and floors. Could hear someone showering above us very clearly. Avoid the headache.

location and a very friendly and attentive staff. Nice food options and free parking

Orbitz reservation earned us the worst room in the hotel. Im just about done with 3rd party bookings. Better accommodations and pricing available by booking direct with hotel property. $250.00 was rediculous for one night during the week.

We got an “upgrade from the King bed with pull out sofa bed” to just king bed with two tiny couches. But the way they pitched it to us was calling it a Loft with Kitchenette. We already had the kitchenette with our original room. Not an upgrade at all! Then in the morning when we went to shower we had no hot water. My wife decided she didn’t want to freeze but I needed to shower. Not a place I think I will be trying to go back.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a decade or more. The room was advertised as a quality suite priced at well over $400 per night. The room was not ready when we arrived, so we waited nearly one hour as it was being cleaned. The lobby is nice. When we arrived at the room it was filthy. There was a thin layer of dust everywhere. The deck was covered in a filthy dust as if it was right next to a construction zone of some sort. When we looked at the deck, a previous guest had written in the dust "clean me" and "good job cleaning." Clearly the dirt had been heavy for a while. The check in staff was sympathetic, but when checking out, the staff could not have been less helpful or understanding. All in all, the room would not have been worth $60 per night. Potential guests should stay away until the hotel improves its standards and practices.

Our initial thoughts about the hotel was that it had a great location and its room and lobby had a very attractive, modern look. We were very excited. Since we checked in early, we agreed to taking the first room that was clean. We were placed on the first floor. Room was a good size and loved the design and decor. However, we noticed the lamp shades and decorative pillows on the bed had stains on them. We were only given 2 bath towels, not even hand towels. Also, I had placed a few toiletry bags on the bottom shelf of the sink only to find them wading in a pool of water. Apparently the pipe from the sink was leaking everytime we used it. Unfortunately, we only noticed this the last night we stayed. It's a decent place to stay especially with it's location, however, we found it was overpriced for what we got.

The place was very nice and beautiful location ( Teton Village). The staff very friendly.. And we thoroughly enjoyed the room that we stayed in. Services not yet all functioning dt it's their first week of opening since the quarantine started. But we still loved the place.

Really enjoyed our stay. We did not experience the MT. due to too much snow and the virus, but made the best of it and explored the town of Jackson. Looking forward to our return, no doubt.

The staff were all very friendly. Everything was very clean (rooms, lobby, pool area). Other reviews complained about hearing noise from other visitors but we found the rooms to be very soundproof and were not disturbed. We had a king loft w/kitchenette and a queen sofa. It was a little tight getting to the bathroom at night with the sofa bed open but we made it work.

Hot tub was out of service for two days. Room phone didn’t work. Loved the bathroom heater. Nice big TV.
