Super 8 - Jackson Hole

2.0 out of 5.0

Room key had to be rekeyed, repeatedly. Got me out of shower to move "my car"...not my car as check of tag number on their check in form would have revealed. Offered me a refund d which did not materialize. Continental breakfast not too great either. But popcorn in evening was great extra

Very clean room, which unfortunately was directly across from the ice dispenser/laundromat area. Thankfully the a/c unit provided enough white noise to mask the unthoughtful guests who believed it was a good idea to do laundry at 12:30 a.m.

I cannot rate this hotel low enough. Upon checkin, my 9 yr old son needed to use the restroom. The girl behind the counter tells me there's no restrooms in the lobby. What? She was of some European decent. Having lived overseas myself , I just told my son to pee in the corner just as the Europeans do. She got a sense of urgency at that point. She gave me keys and then I went up to the room on the 3rd floor. Room was still getting cleaned...at 3:15! So I go back downstairs to get another room. I get keys (keep in mind my son still needs to go to the bathroom) to another room on the 3rd floor. This time I get a room with no lock on the door. It's in maintenance. Seriously? Son still has to go to the bathroom. On the way down to the front desk, I run into Kevin-the only competent person around-who gets me a room. The room's AC unit was busted. Room was hot, but since this is WY, I just opened the window at night. The second night, the compressor in the AC unit just randomly turned itself on for 6 hours starting at 9:00 PM. Turned off and then on again at 4:30AM. No cool air, no fan, just a busted/frozen loud compressor sound. From 5AM to 7AM there was a ghost or something upstairs that kept pounding the floor/our ceiling pacing back and forth across the room. I paid too much for this joint and got sleep like I was camping. Ridiculous. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but this flat out sucked. There were no redeeming qualities about this place. It really should just be demoed

The air-condition didn't work and the staff said "you don't need that. You just open the window." Room is clean and breakfast was just very basic. For the price of over $140 per night, I was expecting a little better. It was better than camping, though. WIFI was for show and tell.

Second time I've stayed here the price is right minutes from everything staff is great but the rooms are dirty they need to gut the bath rooms and put all new in them and get rid of the out dated desk and dresser. But over all great value for the location.

This hotel has no elevator. Being a bit older it was difficult to get up and down the stairs. If I had known there was no elevator I would have requested a first floor room or booked somewhere else.

Spacious room , beautiful view, convenient parking, an elevator would have been beneficial! Please make all super 8s dog friendly without additional costs!

Staff very friendly! Breakfast food okay. A little surprised there wasn't an elevator for the older people!

hard to find far from the center of town.the room was comfortAble and the staff was very helpful.

only one person working the front desk with the line to check in out the door and phones ringing off the hook. Way overpriced but I suppose everything in Jackson Hole is. Since it shares a parking lot with a theater there weren't any parking spots when we would come back at night. Bed was awful and sank in in the middle. My expectations weren't that high since it's a Super 8 so there wasn't too much to be disappointed about.

I just spent the night here as I was just passing through on my way to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National parks. The room was comfy and clean. The staff was nice and very helpful in aiding me with few minor issues. The hotel has a large popcorn maker and they make a giant batch of popcorn in the afternoons. After they make the popcorn, the entire hotel smells like it. I'm not a huge popcorn fan, but I'm sure this would be a nice treat for others who do. Continental breakfast was ok, but the dining area for the breakfast fills up quickly.

Our stay was comfortable and everyone was very helpful. The town has changed so much.

It was over priced. Motel 6 had better price at the same location and date.

We enjoy the stay for one night on Yellowstone road.

No elevator. Smelly rooms (smells like feet). Not worth the money.

For a non smoking room, it was very musty. Air conditioning worked good, water temp in shower was inconsistent. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of choices.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable but needed additional pillows. The biggest draw back is a three story hotel with no elevator. Great location, close to the parks, shopping, and easy to get to.

About as inexpensive as you can get in Jackson, Wyoming and was still comfortable for my family and I...

No pool and no elevator in a three story motel in this price range is ridiculous. If the rate were closer to $49, it might have been acceptable. This motel is definitely a tear down. In a resort town, you have to have a pool. Spend the other $50 and get a decent room.

We decided to extend to a second night. Ice just down the hall. Washer and dryer. Great breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Great value!
